Summary:
Welcome to 26 Heggerton Street, this wonderful 4 bedroom property set in the very popular suburb of Hayborough, between Victor Harbor & Port Elliot. Walk in to the property and you will be met with stunning views of the ocean, what more could you ask for.

The Space:
As you enter on the upper level you walk through to the open kitchen lounge and dining and are immediately drawn to the windows that look out to the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with all the latest appliances as you would expect. There is also a gas fireplace for the cooler nights, with ducted heating and cooling to maintain a comfortable temperature. Step out onto the balcony to get the full effect and listen to the calming sounds of the waves crashing down.

There is the master bedroom upstairs, with King bed and ensuite, complete with underfloor heating. There is access to the enclosed balcony and views of the ocean from the bed, with ducted heating and cooling and ceiling fan for comfort.

Step downstairs and there are the further 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds and 1 with 2 Singles. All have ducted heating and cooling and ceiling fans. These all share the main bathroom, with bath and shower, which again has underfloor heating.

An enclosed patio area provides shelter in the event the weather does turn, and a further lounge with 2nd large TV and bar fridge. Access the beautiful wooden deck and enjoy the shaded seating.

Bride and Groom accommodation

Loved this house for the views. Perfect for our pre and post wedding accomm and small get togethers with family and friends... our Champers and cheese afternoon was a hit with guests .. as the views !!! The property was very well appointed and comfortable. A bit of a shame the Garage was not available, and the fireplace in the lounge and downstairs TV didnt work.

We really enjoyed our stay beautiful clean property, close to everything and stunning view! The kids loved it and having pets allowed on the property was bonus, we will definitely be revisiting again.
