Great location with stunning views. Within walking distance to many great restaurants and beach just steps away. Place was nice and clean. Will stay here again when we come back to Tampa area!

The space is so cozy, so accommodating and accessible! That alone is enough for us to return each year. You cannot beat the poolside, short walk to the beach, easy parking, proximity to all types of attractions and restaurants... The list goes on!Seaside Property Shoppe is by far one of the best hosts; they are kind, easy to reach and professional. I will recommend this place every chance I get! My family of 4 will be back again in a year!

Perfect beach stay

This beach house was perfect for our Florida trip. The condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We loved that we could walk to good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying in this unit! Plan to come back again next year as we really enjoy the location and the property grounds.The kids love the pool and the adults love the beach!!

We were rebooked on short notice. The air conditioning was broken. The other apartment was okay; however, one bedroom faced the main street and was consequently noisy at certain times.Very Clean unit . Sharon and her colleague were very nice; we would definitely try to rent an apartment from Property Shoppe again.

Wonderful Stay

My husband, two adult children and I enjoyed everything about this condo. Well equipped to cook and visit the beach. There is plenty of comfy seating in the living space so we could all stretch out. Can't beat the location. It's beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. Thanks for such a great vacation spot!

Kids vacation

Love the small 4 unit complex…love being able to park underneath this keeping your car cool. Ocean view from the condo “Perfect” updated bathrooms…washer and dryer in the unit. ZERO complaints on this place.

Great view!

We really liked this condo - it was clean, the furniture was comfortable and the view off the balcony is perfect. My only minor complaint is that with where the main bedroom sits the noise level and bright morning sun is less than desirable. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Our family of four (kids 4 and 8 years old) loved the area! We spent a week and thankfully the weather was great; property is directly on the beach (as described), which is one of our must haves. It had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. The only minor issue is that public beach access is directly next to the condo we stayed at but it wouldn’t stop us from coming back to this property!

Awesome Week

Its a great location, not only being steps away from the beach, but it’s close to many great restaurants and shops. We had an issue with the door lock and Sharon came with her handyman within minutes around 8:00 in the evening! Looking forward to many more beautiful sunsets at Plan Sea!

The two of us had a great stay at this condo. The condo was clean and had all of the kitchen supplies we needed. All of the appliances and washer/dryer were in great shape. All of the furniture was comfortable. There was a great direct view of the beach and ocean from the balcony, and the walk to the beach was minimal. We also enjoyed the pool. The location was near to several good restaurants. We appreciated the recycle bins and the covered parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The office was right across the street, so there was no problem picking up the keys beforehand and dropping them off after the week ended.

Wonderful location and condo

We loved our vacation at the condo. My husband is disabled and had a hard time with the stairs. We now know we need an elevator or bungalow. The condo is spacious and the host a real asset. The response to any problem or question is immediate.

We had to evacuate on our 3rd day because of the hurricane! The condo was perfect but we were disappointed that we had our stay cut short.

Great location!

Great location to the water, steps from the beach! The location really sells this property! Some things are outdated…bathrooms look to recently have been remodeled and are nice! The kitchen could use some sprucing up with new pots/pans, and actual liners in the cabinets and drawers (as opposed to current paper towels lining them). The master mattress pad was stained and really should be replaced as it appears dirty. Overall cleanliness of the property could be improved upon!

Amazing Oceanfront Stay in Indian Rocks BeachWe had a fantastic stay at this oceanfront condo. The views are absolutely spectacular—waking up to the ocean and watching the sunsets every evening was a highlight of the trip.The unit itself was extremely clean and very well set up. The full kitchen had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove—truly turnkey and easy to enjoy right away. There were also beach chairs and beach gear provided, which made heading out to the sand effortless.The pool area was another great feature. While it’s on the smaller side, it’s very clean and well maintained, with comfortable loungers and tables—perfect if you want a relaxing pool day instead of the beach. We also appreciated the convenient rinse stations to wash sand off your feet and shower after the beach.The location is excellent—walkable to many great restaurants and spots nearby. The surrounding decorations and the large Christmas tree on the property added a really nice, welcoming touch and made the area feel special.Overall, this condo has everything you need for a relaxing beachfront getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Cozy Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at Sea Plan and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo is clean and comfortable with amazing sunset views from the patio. The beach is just steps away, and the pool offers welcome relief from the Florida heat. The condo is well situated for an easy drive to local restaurants and attractions, but also has everything you need to stay in and cook your own meals. Beach chairs and towels are provided as are personal care items like soap, shampoo kitchen, and laundry cleaners. We are so happy to have found this vacation spot and can't wait to visit again next year.
