We enjoyed our 16th anniversary in "Our Tiny Cabin"!!! It was the right size for just two of us. At any given time we could see deer out and about. Already thinking about another trip. We had one slight concern, but Derek was great with getting back to us quickly to answer our question.
My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary, and we could not have picked a better place to stay! The cabin was a perfect size for the two of us. We got to sit on the porch and enjoy a quiet, peaceful breakfast together, and the rest of our stay was just as peaceful. We truly did feel “bearly connected” at this tiny cabin, and it was a perfect escape from reality to spend our anniversary weekend.
Exactly what we needed. The cabin was exactly as described tiny but it was perfect for my two children and myself for two nights! We got lots of rest and never left once. My children loved seeing the family of deer come up to the deck it was amazing.
Located close to downtown Ellijay. The cabin was very clean and we were immediately welcomed by the deer. Check in process was easy and the owner as very responsive. The gas fireplace was a nice touch...especially on the cool, rainy night we had. It's quiet and cozy...perfect little get-away.
Great communication with owner. The property was as described. We saw deer and enjoyed the tranquility. Highly recommended, clean and perfect for a couple.
Cozy cabin that was perfect for our stay in Ellijay!
Perfect small cabin for me, my husband and our small dog. There are 2 porches that add sitting space. This cabin was very clean and provided all our needs. Deer came around every morning and evening. Our small car had no problem navigating to the cabin and the neighbors were quiet and nice. We will be back!
It was very relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and or sitting out on the screened in porch. Super convenient grilling for outdoor dining. The cabin was well equipped and lots of conveniences. Owner went out of his way to be accommodating and has helpful directions for getting there. GPS will give ya a bum steer!
My husband and I absolutely adored our time in the blue ridge mountains. This cabin was the perfect size and had everything we needed for the weekend. We even woke up to some beautiful deer grazing around the cabin. The entire stay was amazing, we’d love to come back in the fall and try out the gas fireplace. We drove my Ford Taurus and had no trouble getting up to the cabin despite all the rain we received. Overall, great and I highly recommend!

Great place to relax
We stayed here for the weekend and had a great time relaxing and exploring the local area. The road to the cabin did get a little scary after a down pour washed out part of it. If rain is in the forecast I would recommend having a vehicle with some good ground clearance that can handle a muddy gravel road. Other than that everything was great. We enjoyed seeing the deer every morning and our Lab puppy enjoyed sitting out on the porch watching the rain. Overall, it was a perfect getaway place.
