First Time

This was my family's first time to Myrtle Beach and our stay was just perfect. The location of the property was wonderful. Great restaurants and lots to do near by and the beach is walking distance from the property. We will be back and would absolutely stay at this property again.

Loved our stay at Sea Mark Tower

Check in was great, room was clean and as nice as we expected! Loved our stay at Sea Mark tower!!! If we decide on Myrtle Beach again next year we will definitely stay there again!!!

Absolutely beautiful!

I’ve never been to Myrtle Beach before, but honestly I would come back solely to stay at this property. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach and the views were AMAZING!!

Perfect place for a family vacation

We absolutely loved this place!! The views of the beach were stunning. There was plenty of room for all of us (we had 9 people). A huge perk was having three bathrooms. It was super convenient when all 9 of us came back from the beach and needed to shower off. It’s a short walk to the beach! We had a 3 year old and a 4 year old with us and they were able to walk to the beach without any tantrums. The place is stocked with pots, pans, cups, silverware, beach toys & chairs. There’s a TV in each bedroom. It was all-around a perfect experience. We hope to rebook here, again, in the near future.

Nice stay!

We stayed for 4 nights and 3 days over Memorial Day weekend! The condo was clean and looked like it did in the pictures. The only complaint is that we requested linens and towels to be placed in the unit upon arrival and paid for this service. Upon arrival, there were no linens or towels in the unit and because we arrived late, we could not contact the realty company to get them. Therefore, we had to wait until morning to receive these items. Otherwise check in/check out was easy and the condo fit our needs!

Spacious condo with beautiful views

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Mark Towers! It's just one block from the beach and when you are not at the beach you can still see the ocean from the windows and balcony. The place is decorated well and the kitchen is nicely stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and having a bathroom in each is very convenient. Overall, it's a great place to stay and the location is perfect if you don't want to be on the busy resort side of things. The couple of things worth mentioning to take into consideration: the appliances are dated and could use an upgrade. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors if they are rowdy or not considerate of sharing walls. I would rent it again, but I would make sure to not stay during the Carloina Country Music Fest :)

Nice fit for a large family.

The condo was a last minute change due to the large amount of people in our group and the atmosphere of downtown Myrtle at the time. It fit everyone nicely and everyone had a bed or couch to sleep in and three bathrooms was nice for the large group. Pros- Had a few beach toys. We had teenagers so they didn’t necessarily need beach toys but it was nice to have a few and we added a couple that we had purchased also and didn’t want to take back on our flight. Just a short walk to beach. Loved the little steam that ran beside us. From the 9th floor we were able to see turtles, fish, birds and a raccoon swimming in the water everyday we were there. Also could see the ocean from the balcony. Cons- Hot tub was out of commission. The pool code we were given did not work and we had to get it from someone else who was residing there. Owner might want to invest in a couple large frying pans. A condo for that many people trying to make breakfast and dinner was difficult with the small pans that were provided, we had to make it in batches with the same pan. And the pans had crusty burnt stuff in them when we got them out of the cabinet. There also wasn’t anything to scrub them clean with like a sponge or bristle brush. We made due with dishrags and the dishwasher but that would have been helpful. The only other recommendation is maybe to have a small first aid kit with some basic supplies like band aids. We had a child that had a small cut and we didn’t have anything to clean it up with. Had to get a bandaid from a lifeguard. Other then that, we enjoyed the condo and it was spacious and perfect for what we needed!

Large balcony with ocean view

I liked how the condo was spaced out and the large balcony with the ocean view was beautiful. Quick walk to the beach also restaurants within walking distance. The description doesn’t tell you there are beach chairs and a small umbrella in the guest closet along with two boogie boards and assorted sand toys. Nice having a washer and dryer too.

Family had a very time and great location!

Very easy process the only area I feel could improve is the check in process. It may have been short staff members. Only wish the communication would of been better during this process.
