Magnifiquement construit, tout nouveau bâtiment au pied de Crested Butte Mountain. Cette propriété est bien aménagée et située à seulement 70 mètres des pistes, des magasins et des restaurants de la base, ainsi que du centre de transit. Profitez des équipements supplémentaires comme les casiers à skis du rez-de-chaussée, le wifi gratuit et le parking.

Ce condominium de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes est nouvellement construit et meublé avec un emplacement inégalé et une vue penthouse. Entrée imposante avec un manteau du sol au plafond accentuant le foyer au gaz confortable dans le salon. Salle à manger riche avec des sièges pour six à côté de la cuisine moderne et entièrement équipée. Un balcon enveloppant avec une vue imprenable est accessible depuis la salle à manger, le salon et la chambre d'hôtes queen. Luxueux roi maître en suite avec télévision à écran plat et vue sur la baie de Mount Crested Butte et la zone de base. La première chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit queen, lits jumeaux superposés combinés avec une grande télévision à écran plat. La navette GRATUITE Mountain Express fonctionne toute l'année pour le transport vers et depuis la ville de Crested Butte et ses environs. Crested Mountain North est à une courte distance de marche du centre de transport en commun principal. L'horaire d'été fonctionne toutes les 20 minutes; horaire d'hiver fonctionne toutes les 15 minutes; saisons intermédiaires toutes les 40 minutes.

Bright & Airy Modern Condo

Short walk to the Red Lady lift (3-4 minutes), and easy direct ski in at the end of the day off of Houston (easy enough for my 8 year old beginner skier to handle). Comfortable beds, lovely views, and a great, well-stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were also well stocked with soap, shampoo, etc. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Management company responded promptly when we had a minor hiccup with checkin (that was admittedly my fault).

Great condo - exactly as advertised

This was a beautiful condo and exceptionally well-equipped. Loved all the high-end finishes. We had an issue with the lock on the ski locker, but management was very responsive and sent someone over to fix it in 15 minutes. For anyone considering this property, the stairs will be an issue if you're out of shape and not used to the altitude. If that's not a concern, then you will have no regrets booking this condo!

But until then, know that you can store equipment in the ground floor ski lockers or in the ground floor garage. Once you make the hike it is well worth it. Great Property at a Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This wonderfully remodeled, well appointed condo was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The kitchen has everything you need to cook nice dinners, including pots, pans, a good selection of kitchen gadgets and basic pantry items. It's a 5 minute walk to the chairlifts and the Crested Butte base with shops and some basic restaurants, liquor and convenience stores. The bus stop is also right there, a ten minute ride into the town with more restaurant options. No need for a car.As the description mentions, it is up four flights of stairs which gave us a good workout on move-in day with groceries, but was fine after that.

More disclosure required. Don’t rent in this location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property interior was very nice. Would not recommend this building to anyone due to lack of elevator. It’s too difficult to haul groceries and gear up and down three floor walk up. The noise surrounding the building from other properties is ridiculous at night. Parties at the pool at the Grand Lodge went on till midnight every night. We left a day early.

This condo, although exceptional, is located on the fourth and there is not an elevator. But once in the condo, it's so beautiful you'll just want to relax all day! We do our best to educate our potential guests in the full descriptions of our properties. We apologize for the neighbors making too much noise. All properties have quiet hours of 10:00pm. This seems to be an isolated incident and should you ever have any issues, you can always call our office to find resolution. This is not a ski in/ski out property and has no elevator

I booked this property as a specific ski in/ski out but was misrepresented. One has to walk to the lifts and skiing back to the property is really not realistic for 90% of skiers. The other huge issue is that one has to carry all one's luggage to the 4th floor - no elevators. Since we had an elderly guest, it was a struggle each time we returned to the condo. The hot tub had a gross corral film around the edge. Disappointing as the ski situation and elevator curtailed our guests visit. Condo itself is very nice.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience in Crested Butte. We apologize that you felt it was misrepresented and will try to better our content to educate our future guests. In the description it does say that there is a 70 yard walk (just across a parking lot) to reach the slopes. It is an intermediate ski-in. The condo is located on the fourth floor, there is no elevator, but the views are amazing and the condo is very nice. We are sad to hear that this condo did not fit your needs; we hope that you take a look at some of other properties that may be a better fit for a future visit.

Beautiful But Not As Advertised

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the property was beautiful, it was not as advertised, which placed my family in a 5-day predicament that led to a negative experience. No where on the website/condo description was there any mention of not having an elevator for this 4th story unit. My mother-in-law is not in great health, so this situation made it so that she barely left the unit because she couldn't do the up and down on those steep stairs, severely affecting the enjoyment of the rest of the family as we all wanted to enjoy what the town of Crested Butte had to offer. If there is anything you can do to address this relative to compensation, it would go a long way, given the severely affected family week. This was our first-ever family trip to the Rocky Mountains.
