Location is perfect with easy access to all Cocoa Beach has to offer. The rooftop differentiates this property from all others. We even got to watch the Artemis II launch with a great view and significantly fewer crowds. Aside from the couch being a little older, the property is exactly as laid out. Highly recommend.

The room set up was perfect, each bedroom with its own bath. It was very well supplied for basic needs of a longer stay. Beds were comfy. The couch was not very comfortable. Some more comfortable seating would be nice. It was dog friendly and there was a park nearby that we could exercise him.

Fun Beach Vacation!

We loved our stay! The property was very nice and we loved the short walk to the beach. It was the first big vacation for our kids and they loved being able to walk to the beach and having a tv in their room at night.
