House sits above a private marina and is right on the shores of beautiful lake union between the Fremont & Aurora bridges. It’s perfect for families, a group of friends, a venue for business meeting or just to indulge away from the hustle of downtown. There is absolutely nothing like the relaxation you’ll experience watching the boats go by on our deck. Boat space may be available depending on size and availability.

This is only one of three homes on the lake that was built over the water like this. It is a 3000sf family home that was built in 1975. It has fun architecture and beautiful details that everyone falls in love with.

The house is walking distance to Fremont - Very easy transit options, bike friendly, and free limited parking is available on site.

Be prepared to hear the horns of the boats, and rising of the bridge. Watch the seaplanes take off, go get breakfast in Fremont, and then rent a paddleboard for a couple hours. Soak up the Seattle feel - lounging on our beautiful deck. The house was designed and built by our parents in 1975. It has a retro feel, elegant touches like marble bathrooms and antique furniture pieces. Large open floor plan, a breezeway upstairs with views from the many windows & decks.
