It's small, clean, and very comfortable. It has everything we needed and nothing that we didn't. The reclining loveseat is great for someone like myself who sleeps with a CPAP. Very close to downtown Fort Collins, which is a great place to dine, shop, and walk around. The host, Steve, introduced himself on our day of departure and thanked us in person for staying here. Nice guy! I highly recommend this place for parents that are in town visiting their kid at CSU!
