Great location with potential for amazingness

We were surprised upon arrival that the house didn’t look as the pictures portrayed it. The house itself is in a great location and is large enough to sleeps 5+ guests. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous but it was not at all “guest ready”. The owner was very nice and responded quickly when I reached out about my concerns but the property manager she sent was incredibly rude and defensive when we pointed out the problems such as trash, shoes, and spider webs outside on the patio furniture, the stained carpet, the old/used coffee pod in the Keurig and leftover food in the fridge & pantry, the mousetrap in the closet to name a few. Overall, we were pretty disappointed because the price we paid exceeded the quality of the stay. It felt like we arrived at our grandmother’s home for a visit rather than a pricy vacation home through Vrbo. The owner kindly offered to refund the cleaning fee which was a nice gesture but the house needs some serious improvements/updates AND a better cleaning service if they are going to continue charging the same amount.

Wonderful Thanksgiving in Wine Country!

So grateful to have family join us for Thanksgiving in wine country! The house was perfect ... great location, lovely garden, spacious house, and a well equipped kitchen. We were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving feast and eat outside in the garden!! A quintessential California holiday complete with a hike and wine tasting nearby. Many thanks for Ramesha for sharing her lovely home.

Beautiful Sonoma!

We had the best time in Kenwood and this beautiful home! The home was perfect, clean and had everything our group of five needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, and the goats! We had a minor issue with our rental van on checkout day which delayed us, but Rumesha was great and completely understanding. Thank you so much! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Marge

Nice home and excellent location

Quiet and spacious

Stayed in the house with my wife and some friends for almost 10 days. Great location for work if you are in the Sonoma wine industry and well located close to Santa Rosa (10’ drive). House is well equipped and spacious and the communication with the owner was quick and responsive.

We loved staying in Kenwood. The property was clean and convenient. Unfortunately the weather was too cold and we could not enjoy the backyard.

Simply Fantastic!

The house was lovely, spacious, peaceful and clean! The backyard was fantastic! In the mornings, there were goats next door we saw. Check in and out was very easy and property owners were very kind and quick to respond. I’d definitely stay here again. We had a lovely weekend!

Peaceful and beautiful Setting

If you have a larger group (6) this is a great place to stay and enjoy wine country. It’s spacious, comfortable and the hosts make sure you have what you need. The backyard is an oasis of roses and redwoods. I would visit again!

Amazing family vacation

The property is amazing! Super clean, warm and cozy. It was all what we were looking for. The goats were a plus. We enjoyed the backyard a lot! It’s a great place located close to amazing wineries and downtown Sonoma . Rumesha was a great host and enjoyed the nice bottle of Zin when we checked in . We’d love to go back for sure!!! Thanks

Incredible stay

Owner was extremely responsive and patient with all of our questions leading up to and during our trip (covid). Only 1 issue with the thermostat while there, which was handled very promptly. House has everything you could possibly need, the space was ample, backyard was big and beautifully manicured, the beds the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced as a traveler. Owner even left a bottle of wine and nespresso caplets for us, which we very much enjoyed. GREAT Location — quiet neighborhood and wonderful wineries within 5 minutes. HIGHLY recommend. Comfortable home base for wine country

My family of 4 had a good time exploring lower Sonoma County from this home. Plenty of space, wonderful indoor/outdoor living. The owner was prompt in communicating and answering any questions we had before and during our rental. Thank you!

Perfect location

You really can’t have a more convenient location for visiting many Sonoma and Napa wineries. Comfortable bed and I loved the pillows. It had everything we needed, and we enjoyed seeing the goats in the lot behind the house.

Great wine country location for adult retreat.

We had a wonderful time staying at your place. Easy to get to from all locations, both Sonoma and Napa. Plenty of room for our group of five adults. Place was very clean and well kept. We loved the backyard, and enjoyed sitting on the deck each night.

40th Anniversary Trip

My family (parents, sister, husband, and daughter) had an amazing stay here celebrating my parents’ 40th anniversary. The house was very clean and well stocked with pantry / kitchen items. The location was perfect for exploring Sonoma and Napa wineries. Rumesha was wonderful to work with, very accommodating, and helped make our trip one that we will remember forever.
