This Island Beach Condo is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, beach condo across the street from Indian Rocks Beach (IRB). A 2 1/2 minute walk from either the front or back door to gorgeous white powdery sand and the blue waters of the Gulf. IRB is a 3 mile stretch of beach which is located just a few miles south of Clearwater Beach (which is rated the #1 beach in the US for 2016), but IRB does not have any of the crazy touristyness of Clearwater Beach. Unlike Clearwater beach, which is a tourist destination, IRB is a residential community. There are no hotels located on the beach, it's a quite island beach community, away from all of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to Clearwater if you want to hang out with the crowds. Wake up in this beautifully decorated beach condo and walk across the street to the beach and press your restart button, sit on the beach, take a dip in the ocean, collect shells, watch the birds and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.

This updated, newly remodeled beach condo has new appliances, new bathroom, furniture, mattresses, window treatments, linens & towels and professionally decorated. About Cheryl Buchen

Since purchasing this condo we have remodeled the bathroom and furnished this beautiful condo with all new furniture, window treatments, beds, and appliances. This is such a fun beach vacation condo. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. We currently live in Colorado and hope to someday spend much more time at the beach. For now, however, with one child still in school, we are unable to use this condo as much as we would like so we decide to do short term rentals through VRBO. We feel we have the best of both worlds, a beautiful Condo steps from the beach and a beautiful Colorado home just a few hours drive to the Rocky Mountains.

Why Cheryl Buchen chose Florida Central West

After many trips to this area, looking at many condos, most in high rise buildings, we fell in love with this condo the minute we set our eyes on it. The property is laid back and relaxing which makes it very desirable. This Beach Condo is only 1 of 12 ground level units (and only 1 of 3, 2 bedroom units) at the Spanish II Villas, a quite, small development. Spanish II Villas is located on the corner of 10th Avenue & Gulf Blvd. Your parking space is right in front of the condo. Once you leave the unit you will step only a few hundred feet to cross Gulf Blvd and the 10th Ave Beach access is right there. Even the beach access is amazing where you will walk through a maze of tropical palm trees; you'll be on the beach in less than 2 1/2 minutes, from walking out the back door of this beach condo to stepping foot in white powdery sand and gazing at the Gulf of Mexico!

What makes this condo unique

THE BEST PART ABOUT OUR BEACH CONDO IS THE BEACH!!! Our condo is a 2 1/2 minute walk to the beach. You literally walk out the door, go to the corner, cross Gulf Blvd., and the 10th Avenue beach walking path is right there. I roll out of bed, grab a cup of coffee and walk on the beach. Then during the day, we walk home for lunch or little breaks and leave our chairs and towels on the beach... it's that close. Our beach condo is also newly renovated, beautifully decorated, comfortable, with a brand new spa bathroom as of October 2015. The unit is very quiet. There has actually been a storm raging outside and I didn't hear it at all. The furniture is all brand new as of October 2015. All new Leveler window treatments, brand new stainless steal Samsung appliances as of October 2015. Brand new washer/dryer unit installed 6/16 for your convenience. There are ceiling fans in every room. The unit has central air conditioning and heat. You have 1 parking space which is right in front of the condo. The condo is ground floor with direct access from the street and parking space. It is 5 blocks from the center of town, which on really busy days, during the season, is nice because you are close enough to walk and far enough away that you escape all the touristy noise! You will LOVE this condo!!!

Best beach vacation

We loved our condo in Indian Rocks Beach! It was a perfect, family friendly location close to yet far enough from Clearwater. Cheryl thought of the whole "beach experience" package including the beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, towels, and toys. Our family had a great time visiting the local ice cream shops as well as Crabby Bill's. The ease of using the HomeAway app made the whole rental process extremely easy. You will not be disappointed.

Great little condo with homey feel

Great location-quiet street, short walk across Gulf Blvd and you are on the beach.

Condo was very tastefully decorated and felt very homey. Well stocked with everything you would need.

Beach chairs and towels make it very convenient if you are flying. Washer and dryer in unit was great addition.

Great restaurants in the area:

Columbia Resturant-Sand Key/Clearwater-delicious Cuban food**this one is a must try**

Cafe de Paris-very close to condo. Delicious quiche, crepes and pastries. Breakfast or lunch

Sandy's-very close to condo. Traditional diner style breakfast and super nice staff.

Crabby Bill's-just few miles from condo. If you want seafood this is place.

IRB is a wonderful, quaint area. Very peaceful and relaxing. Short drive to Clearwater, St. Pete and Tampa if you need more action.

If you are looking for an adventure, Woody's Watersports at John's Pass is a great place to rent jet skis. Great fun for teenagers (and parents).

Overall wonderful trip. Thanks to Cheryl for providing a great place to stay while enjoying IRB.

Lovely condo just across from the beach! All the amenities of home. Loved the beach chairs, wagon, beach towels, umbrella and ice chest! Beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. Walking distance to so many good restaurants like Keegan's!!! Thank you to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise!

Cancellations - 90 day notice of cancellation is required for a full refund.
For cancellations made more than 60 days in advance, the full amount will be refunded minus a $250. administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Failure to pay rental fee by due date will be considered a cancellation. There is no refund due to inclement weather, power outages, medical emergencies or late arrivals/early departures. Cancellation of this agreement by the Homeowner may be made only due to unforeseen circumstances that make the home unavailable for rent. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to: fire, flood, physical damage to the property, sale of the property, etc. In the unlikely event of these types of circumstances, the Homeowner will refund all monies received from Guest and make a good faith effort to help Guest find a similar property to rent. The owner shall not be held liable for additional charges that Guest may incur because of changes in travel arrangements or accommodations.
