Bienvenido a Quintas Pakal, orgullosamente administrado por North American Standards (Nasplaya). Este bonito condominio al lado del club de golf de Playacar, ofrece 3 habitaciones con 2 baños y medio, y un jacuzzi en la habitación principal. Este condominio es perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares o reunión con un grupo de amigos. Cuenta con 3 suites: la habitación principal cuenta con una cama tamaño king, su primera habitación de huéspedes cuenta con una cama queen y la segunda habitación de huéspedes con una cama matrimonial.



Este condominio se encuentra a 5 minutos en automóvil de la playa y la Quinta avenida, donde usted podrá encontrar muchas opciones para ir a comer o de compras. Además, esta unidad se encuentra a sólo 40 minutos en ferry de la isla de Cozumel.



Desde el momento de su reservación, nuestro concierge podrá ayudarle a comenzar a planear su viaje con actividades que abarcan desde buceo hasta agendarle los parques de diversiones más espectaculares de grupo Xcaret, o las ruinas Mayas de Chichen-Itza, Tulum y Cobá. Dentro de los servicios adicionales del concierge también podemos abastecer su refrigerador con víveres antes de su llegada, clases de baile, servicio de niñera y otros más.

An unforgettable experience all around!

We had a fantastic experience! Booking was simple, and communication was smooth from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We highly recommend working with them! The location is unbeatable just a 30 minute walk to 5th Avenue and only 20 minutes to catch a Colectivo. We made wonderful memories during our stay, and the warmth and kindness of the Mexican people made it even more special. An unforgettable experience all around!

Condo to be prepare to rent....

The location is good, but many things missing in the condo, tools for the kitchen we had to buy...chairs to seat outside or at the pool, problem with tv....the air conditioning filter dusty ......gave health problem.... in the room 2... we had a very good service with the manager, but he couldn’t buy the items the owner doesn’t accept....

LOVE IT HERE! 3rd stay in this condo

LOVE being here. The condo is clean and the access to the REEF CLUB is so easy and FREE. We take our own snacks and stay as long as we want. We can pay about $50/person and have all the food/drinks for the entire day at the REEF CLUB if we want to stay all day and not take our own snacks. We planned excursion through the management company and also with the help of the people at the REEF CLUB. They pick us up at the OXXO at the end of the block. So easy! We have taken scuba diving trips, snorkeling trips, Tulum trips, Ziplining in the Jungle. Not much we haven't done over the times we have been here. Nice thing is at night the stars shine so beautifully. It's quiet, away from the partiers and safe. We go through security points at the entrance into Playacar and then again into the neighborhood. Sometimes we walk and taxi everywhere and only rent a car if we want to do our own thing. This last time we rented a car for the whole time. Both have advantages. Walking is about 15-20 minutes to 5th Ave or to the REEF CLUB. Driving is about 5-10 minutes, but then you have to park. I am not a golfer, but my friends are. They LOVED the golf course. The condo backs up to hole #2 or #3 (again I'm not a golfer.) The condo offers full amenities via the property management company. They can provide a stocked kitchen with the foods we like, hire a cook, maid service as often as we want it, babysitters and a driver. It is all customizable to our needs. We have used the management company to have the kitchen stocked. It was wonderful. They are very responsive. Since we've been 3 times now, YES, I recommend this place. it's easy and safe. HOME while on VACATION! The restaurant at the end of the block is fantastic. Live music and great food. I'm ready for trip #4. Wish I were already there!

Lots of place but without charm

The first picture shown for this property does not belong to the place. The Condo is some 25 minutes walking distance to the beach with no direct access to the beach which you would think seeing the picture shown. This is actually the reason why I don't rate this place higher, at the beginning I thought we haven't found the shortest way to the beach but there is actually no other alternative. Very misleading! The company running the management of the property is professional and they offer good service. The condition of the condo is acceptable but needs refurbishment and has lost its charm. I definitely cannot recommend this place as there are better alternatives around Playa del Carmen.

Thank you Laura for your feedback. We have updated the primary photo of the condo so it's not misleading. As we tell our guests it's a short 10 minute walk across the golf course to the water. If you prefer to walk around the loop on the street to the beach it takes much longer as you state.

scuba diving trip

we came to Playa to get certified in scuba diving. what a blast! the reef was great. this condo is very nice and comfortable. my group of 6 slept well and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom.

Best Location

The condo was easy to find. The staff was extremely helpful with transportation to the condo from the airport and back. The condo is in a cute little town. There are great restaurants within walking distance to the condo. We walked to the beach everyday. The golf course is beautiful and well maintained. The condo is clean and had all the things we needed. It was so much nicer than what I had thought! You have to try this condo in this location. You get to see a totally different side of Mexico. I felt like one of the locals…so fun!

The house is beautiful ,it had everything I need for my vacation, is very clean, and is walking distance to the beach and the fifth ave .the house is located in a quiet area. there is also an oxxo store just one block from the house, so we didn't have to go too far to buy what we needed for cooking. I would definitely recommend it to a friend Martha berning.

The house is beautiful ,it had everything you would need for your vacation, is very clean, and is walking distance to the beach and the fifth ave where they have hundreds of restaurants,bars,stores, etc.is located in the upscale side of Playa del Carmen.there is also an oxxo store just one block from the house, so we didn't have to go too far to buy what we needed for cooking. I would definitely recommend it to a friend Martha berning.

We came here for a golf retreat - three set of friends. Was great and spacious for us. Loved the location to the golf course. The beach is about a 15 minute walk cutting across the course. We also rented a car which was helpful.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Mexico

I really enjoyed staying in this huge and luxurious condo. There was plenty of space for our entire group spread out over three stories, and the condo provides all the comforts of home-- and then some! We loved the authentic Mexican decor and the convenience of having 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We stayed in August so it was hot outside but every room in the condo has its own wall air conditioning so we were always comfortable. Everything was spotless when we got there and there was even maid service during our stay, which was an unexpected luxury. The management company was helpful and responsive, and we felt well taken care of. The location is also extremely convenient and safe, as the condo is inside a gated community with 24-hour guards. Because it's surrounded by golf courses it's very quiet and serene, and you sometimes see local animals including iguanas, sereques, coatis, numerous kinds of birds, and even small deer wandering through the neighborhood. Plus there are numerous places in the neighborhood where ancient Mayan ruins have been preserved, and it's remarkable to see them so close by. Conveniently, there is an Oxxo store selling groceries and a few nice restaurants inside the gated community, just two blocks from the condo. And it's just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from downtown Playa del Carmen with its wonderful beaches, shops and restaurants, and the local taxis are plentiful and cheap. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay

This is the best place to stay in Playa del Carmen. The kitchen had all the facilities and the relevant equipment and the sitting place was very comfortable. There was a bathroom and a WC (it is very convinient when you are 3-4 personsn. We had wifi internet and the owners were extremely helpful (they gave us books and maps and took care all our needs). We had a wonderful stay (me, my husband and our 4 years girl) and we certainly go back again. Many thanks for the warm hospitality.

Nice establishment

We spent couple of weeks at this condo. Rented through VRBO. It was quite spacious and was perfect for my family. We rented a car, though we saw taxis all around if you need one. It was a nice walk to the beach - we just cut through the golf course.

Playa Del Carmen vacation

I recently took a 7 day vacation so I could visit Playa Del Carmen. I stayed in Matts 3 bedroom 3 bath condo and it was just what I needed. The condo is in Playacar which is the neighborhood city to Playa Del Carmen. I went to BPM fest and the condo worked out perfectly because you could go party in the day and night time and be close enough to go to a quiet area to rest when you are finished. The condo is close to convenient stores to buy groceries and all the nightlife. We had no problems with the condo. Hot water, beautiful pool, beautiful jungle like setting, and safe environment. I highly recommend staying here but don't forget to rent a car for easy access to all of your needs. Very satisfied and would definitely stay here again!
