Classic beach home for your comfort, warmth and serenity. A sunny, open floor plan that sleeps 6 comfortably. It is a 4 bedroom/3 bath home.

Just steps to Zuma and Broad beach.

The home is inviting and chic with high-end "beach" luxury furnishings.

The open floor-plan provides ample room to spread out.

There are two master suites on opposite sides of the house, both with adjoining bathrooms and king beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The three bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the master includes a soaking tub.

The kitchen is the heart of the home with a large center island and is fully equipped. Preparing meals here is easy and effortless.

Eat in the adjacent dining room by the dual sided fireplace or just outside for a meal alfresco. Have cocktails in the side patio and listen to the soothing fountain, or light the fire pit and cuddle up.

There are three TVs- one 55"(great room), 50" (den/media room) and 42" (master bedroom) with corresponding cable. There is Apple TV and Netflix. WiFi and a land line for local calls.

The home is fully air conditioned for those warm summer days.

3 minute walk to the beach, Starbucks, Vintage Grocers, bank, restaurant, and more.

Why Patricia chose Western Malibu

There is nothing quite like the sunsets in Malibu, or wait, the sunrises are spectacular too. Almost everyday after work I walked from the beach club to the end of Board Beach.

The 50 plus year old sycamores are often home to the monarch butterflies as the travel on their way south.

I love this end of Malibu for its open spaces, horse ranches, and the endless beaches that are often empty.

Our stay was awesome! The house was just perfect for us. Extremely clean. Our walk to the beach and Starbucks in the morning was nice.

We loved it! Will rent again!!

My husband and I spent three weeks in this lovely home. We chose it for its wonderful location, easy access to the beach and walking distances stores. The decor is beautiful and each corner of the house has been carefully planned to please the eye. The home was comfortable when the house was filled with visiting friends and family. The kitchen was perfect and had everything there was needed to cook meals.

Beds were comfortable and so were the sofas.

We spent a lot of time in the garden and it was peaceful and pleasant.

Patricia the owner was very helpful and she was a great hostess to us. We highly recommend this house and we are certainly book it again sometimes next year, no need to look for other homes, this was perfect for our needs and it met the standard of houses we usually stay in around the world wihtout being exhorbitantly pricey.

Excellent Experience

Absolutely gorgeous house!

It is an amazing property with beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces. The house is immaculately maintained with a level of detail that goes above and beyond. The amenities are plentiful and top of the line. The location is serene and within walking distance to Zuma Beach and the great Vintage Grocers, which is very relaxing and convenient. We loved our stay at this home – thanks Patricia for sharing it with us!

Great and charming house

This property is really beautiful and our family enjoyed wonderful days in July 2017. The beds and the bedrooms are very confortable and all is clean and well organised. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the pretty backyard for our morning breakfast. Close to the beach and grocery, Patricia so kind and helpfull.

We would like to come back next year.

What a beautiful house! We had a great time with family and friends at Patricia's well-appointed (not to mention AIR CONDITIONED) house this past week!! Great beach chairs and we walked to the beach everyday! We would walk up to Vintage Grocers for a fabulous (and well priced) lunch and a little celebrity stalking! So much fun to be in such a nice Malibu neighborhood- all of the rooms were comfortable and the backyard and side patio were so relaxing!! We all wished we could move to Malibu after this trip! Patricia was always available if needed, but you won't need a thing!! We would absolutely stay here again!!!
