You're invited to come and enjoy your home away from home in this fully renovated condo. Savor fresh coffee or your favorite meal on the private Florida room. Take a short walk for a beautiful stroll along the bay. Conveniently located less than one mile from Main Street Safety Harbor, where you will find a beautiful palm lined streets with restaurants and shops. You'll enjoy strolling down the Safety Harbor pier and watching for manatees. Continue your exploration by taking the convenient trolley around Safety Harbor and connect to the other local trolley lines. On the third Friday of each month Safety Harbor Main Street is closed to vehicle traffic and converted to a community pedestrian event for vendors , food and entertainment.

Enjoyed our stay

This is our second December in the condo, and we signed up for next year as well. Very well appointed, and the landlord was great to deal with. Very convenient location, close to Philippe Park, and within walking distance of downtown Safety Harbor.

Safe, convenient and quiet

Nice location and convenient to a lot of beaches, festivals bike riding and many restaurants. Neighborhood very quiet and safe. Host was prompt in resolving the one issue we had (broken toilet seat). Would stay again.

Fell in love

You will not be disappointed staying here! The condo is absolutely adorable, clean, spacious and the owners are amazing. The neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is clean and safe. You are incredibly close to the beach and downtown safety harbor. Safety harbor is so fun! Walking, biking, water sports, five star restaurants and much more. Enjoy the stay! I Guantee you will be back.

Great for walkers

It was great to be able to walk to the Bay, the town and a nearby park but there were very few things to do there. We were very surprised that there were so few pickleball courts close. Luckly my friend knew the area and we able to find things to do away from Safety Harbor. The town itself had good places to eat but the shops were pricey.

A great vacation condo and area!!

We were very pleased with our stay in this lovely Condo in the quaint historic town of Safety Harbor. We were less than an hour to the beaches. A great park to walk to and enjoy the Bay. The condo complex has a wonderful pool. The Owners were helpful though out-of-town but we Did have access to them and did meet them. The condo itself was a good size for four people, Just recently remodeled and updated with new furnishing, well equipped and good mattresses!! Several times we went to the Marina Veterans park And saw pelicans, porpoises, rays and people fishing on a long pier. We highly recommend this place and hoped to reserve it for next year but it is booked!!

Great place to stay!

This property was fantastic! The owners got right back to us on the reservation, and when answering questions. The villa was super, very nice and well equipped kitchen, comfortable chairs, couch and beds. 2 bathrooms are nice. The front screen room, back screen room and Florida rooms are very nice extras. The great town of Safety Harbor is about a mile walk along the beautiful. bay, nice in morning, afternoon and dinner. We walked a 7.5 mile walk along the bay down to 60, back up and stopping in Safety harbor for lunch. Did it often. Access to Publix, drug stores, other great restaurants are close as well. A very comfrotable and enjoyable stay for us!

What a woderful place to stay

Stayed there for 5 months. Great location: Safety Harbor is a upscale community. Nice shops and restraunts. There is a fishing pier where we saw manatees, stingrays and porposes. Safety Harbor has a monthly street festival. The condo is within a two minute walk to Phillipe Park. There is a bike path that will take you all the way to Tampa. There are backroads you can use to avoid rushhour traffic. Great Condo: End unit of a condo community. Recently renovated. Comfortable beds. Nice furniture. WiFi and cable work great. The two bikes came in handy. Great Owners: Kathy is easy to work with. Hidden find: Andy by the Bay at 472 Douglas Rd in Oldsmare (about 15 minutes away) has the best Cuban food around. It is a hole in the wall in an industrial area that is only open for breakfast and lunch Monday thru Friday.

Delighted in Florida

This condo was ideal for our stay in Florida! It was clean and spacious enough to accommodate both my husband & myself as well as another couple for overnight visits. It was an end unit with quick access to walk along the bay. It also was quick access to downtown Safety Harbor as well as any shopping you could want. The owners were super easy to deal with, and the neighbors were very friendly. All in all it was a great 2 months!

Perfect transition home

We definately got lucky finding this property to stay in while our new home was almost ready to move into. Everything you might need or want was there! The neighborhood was beautiful and so close to everything from grocery store, to doggy day care, to access to main roads and highways and Clearwater Beach. Main Street so quaint! We ate at several little restaurants and loved the little shops too. Kathy was awesome with communication with questions we had and no issues whatsoever. This property is a gem and we are so glad to have found it and will be back to Safety Harbor again in the future.

Condo Resort in Safety Harbor

We absolutely loved the condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Safety Harbor. Everything was perfect. The owner, Kathy, was so nice and easy to work with. She answered any questions that we had quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Location, location, location!

My family and I stayed here for 2 months while we were getting settled into the area after moving to FL from New England. This condo was GREAT! The location was my absolute favorite part. We rode our own bikes into the downtown area to walk on the pier, observe at the marina and visit the restaurants and shops! We rode along North Bayshore and enjoyed the views and the wildlife. We rode bikes to Philippe Park and saw the dolphins and our son enjoyed the playground there. This unit is situated close enough to Clearwater but far enough away to enjoy the quiet surroundings. The condo itself was nice. It was clearly recently updated and had all the amenities you could want. It fit our small family of 3 nicely. The ONLY complaint/downside was that the furniture was far too soft. The couch and the beds gave us back pain. We are in our 40's and not in the best shape so it may be fine for younger folks, it just didn't fit our needs. The setup of the bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for ample privacy while still feeling like the home had a good flow. The kitchen was well appointed, the washer/dryer worked perfectly, the end unit on a dead end was perfect for us. We value peace, quiet and privacy. The tv's had a good selection of cable and options for streaming. The water pressure was amazing, the Florida room was a nice place to relax and the small desk/chair/office area in it helped while we were transitioning jobs. Everything worked as expected and we had no issues while we stayed there. The little extras were also appreciated, the reusable shopping bags, the small cooler, the stand-up fan and 2 beach towels put this place over the top! We would most definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting the area!

Great location close to downtown Safety Harbor and Phillippe Park!!!

My husband and I stayed here with our small dog while we were in between homes. The place was very clean, comfortable and just as pictured. Kathy was incredibly responsive and very helpful! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! We loved being able to walk or bike along the bay to either downtown Safety Harbor or Phillippe Park. Lots of friendly people in the area, but the condo is also very private. Safety Harbor has a great downtown with lots of local restaurants, shops, and good music vibe, as well as local festivals and events on the weekend.

Safety Harbor Happiness

This was our first time staying at this property and were extremely pleased with everything about it!! The furnishings, the decor, the well equipped kitchen, and the beautifully landscaped exterior made it a perfect get-away. It is an ideal location for walking, biking, or reading at the scenic Philippe County Park and all the amenities in nearby Safety Harbor. The owners were always quick to respond to any questions we had and offered helpful suggestions to make our stay enjoyable. We plan to return to this idyllic destination for future vacations.

We had a wonderful two month stay at the condo. The condo is as pictured in all photos and very comfortable. The owners were great to work with. Walking paths along the bay are close by. Location is great, convenient to Tampa, Clearwater, Dunedin and St Petersburg events. I purchased a two month membership at the Safety Harbor SPA and Resort. I enjoyed my daily visits to the outdoor heated spring pool. The restaurants and shops in town were wonderful.

Love Safety Harbor

The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the location. Safety Harbor has a lovely atmosphere with restaurants, water and lovely walking trails and parks. The owner made sure we were comfortable taken care of when a storm knocked out the air conditioning. She even sent a repairman on Sunday. Will definitely recommend to friends!!

Beautiful Condo, perfectly located

We spent the first 3 months of 2019 along with our dog at this beautiful condo. If you like the photos on line, you will not be disappointed. It is exactly as pictured. The condo is tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. All you need to bring is food, paper & soap products, and your clothes. You will never run out of different places to walk. The neighborhood is very pet friendly which made it a pleasure to walk our dog. Stores and restaurants are conveniently located close by and easy to get to. Kathy was so easy to work with. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Safety Harbor Great Location!!

Absolutely loved this home! Spent 6 weeks as we relocated from NY to Fl. Nice quiet neighborhood, great location, easy access to Safety Harbor main street as well as Clearwater and Dunedin where we have friends. We really enjoyed our daily walks along the Bay and got some nice pictures of the Manatees. We also enjoyed Southern Fresh in downtown Safety Harbor, as well as some of the restaurants on Enterprise road all of which are Very Pet Friendly. Main street on a Friday evening with Live Music is a must. Short drive to the airport on Courtney Campbell Causeway. We will definitely be visiting the area on a regular basis since we're now Floridians.

The property is wonderful. Location is amazing close to parks and beaches.

We stayed here for a month in August. Are stay was great. Kathy was a great host always available with just a message or call away. The condo is beautiful with all the essentials you need for your stay. Saftey Harbor is a beautiful area with parks and the bay right around the corner. I utilized the use of the bikes often to explore the area. Location is close to downtown Saftey Harbor which has many resturants and shops to visit. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Fantastic!

The property was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and kitchen stocked with any cooking tools needed for simple to gourmet meals. The furniture was comfortable and again, like new! With two screened areas plus a Florida room, there was plenty of space to spread out! The entire area was great. Neighbors were friendly. Interacted with the neighborhood pet egret, Fluffy. She/he visited doors every day looking for food to the delight of my grandchildren. The swimming pool was clean and very well maintained, as were all of the grounds. Would definitely return!!!

This condo has it all! We highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for three months in 2018.. The condo is very clean and well kept. The furniture and the beds are very comfortable. The Florida room provided lots of additional space which I used for my hobby - quilting. It is so much fun to sew surrounded by windows and Florida sunshine. The condo's location is great. You can easily walk (or bike with the provided bikes) along Old Tampa Bay to Phillipe Park or downtown Safety Harbor. We enjoyed both. The park is beautiful, and Safety Harbor has lots of fun activities going on almost every weekend. It is a short drive to beautiful beaches. There are many wonderful restaurants that are also easy to reach. The owners are wonderful. They provided lots of information in a notebook about the condo and the area for easy reference. We had some questions, and they were very responsive. The condo is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. There is a great pool which we used frequently. We absolutely loved condo - so much so that we have already reserved for next year. We highly recommend it for a wonderful Florida vacation!

When my husband, Mark, and I started looking for a place to relax and enjoy small town charm but close to beaches and attractions we kept returning to the charm of Safety Harbor. We love this place, its quiet setting, and convenient location.

We're of the opinion that vacationing should not be cluttered with hustle and bustle.
