En el Sur, nos caracterizamos por corriendo "nuestras palabras juntas. Esto va a hacer es la abreviatura de 'Will Este Do. "
Con un plan de piso abierto y un enorme porche, prometemos le resulta fácil relajarse y poner los pies en esta maravillosa casa frente a la playa.

El dormitorio principal tiene una reina, así como la primera habitación de invitados. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama litera doble / completa. Con una litera y un colchón de aire, hay lugares para dormir 4 en la sala de estar.

Perfect getaway

This’ll do was a perfect place to enjoy the beach. It is close to a public access so it does get busy. You basically have the beach to yourself early mornings. It was great!

Loved the location which was right on the beach!

We had called and emailed the property management company a few times prior to the trip. Each time they were prompt in responding and super friendly. The property is far enough away from the crowded tourist area yet only a few minutes away for dining or shopping. The property is right on the beach. We watched dolphins and pelicans feeding on fish right from the deck!

I have 2 good things to say about this dump: location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach and I was compensated financially for this stay. Pics are deceiving, dirty, and absolutely horrible!!!!

On the beach

This place was right on the water! Couldnt beat the view and the sand. I will say this tho, there was no hot water in the shower in the master bedroom. I called and no one ever came to fix it. Leaving 9 people to use one shower for 5 days! The day bed in the livingroom had the worst mattress ever! And springs were almost coming throught the couch and all the bed were so squicky you couldnt move with out sounded like you were tearing down the house. Also ft.morgan is a long drive from everything if you want to do more that hang on the beach. So i believe with new furniture and fixing the shower it would have been perfect but don't expect them to do that.

We are investigating this internally to ensure that this does not happen again. This is not standard for our staff and this will be addressed. We have replaced the sofa sleeper in the living area as well. We hope that you will give us another chance to host you with a 5 star stay.

Needs Repair throughout. Perfect location.

The best part was the location: PRIME but as far as the house unfortunately we were very disappointed. Its in dire need for some TLC. Shower rods rusted, broken kitchen utensils, carpet in bdrm needs replacement-(brown shag with spots everywhere), lack of kitchen bowls, windows broken, deck outside gave us splinters. I have used VRBO at least 1 dozen times and this place had the strictest exit rules from any. All dishes must be cleaned and put away plus a 10am exit. Just be prepared for the above and then it won't catch you be surprise. Bring your own toilet paper (1 roll available), blow dryer, kleenex, and even dish soap is NOT INCLUDED. I have never had to supply so much items and then on top of it the place is running down. Other than that...Loved the location, AC worked up to 72 degrees, fridge was great and oven worked perfect.

Beautiful location, house needs major work.

The location is wonderful! It's great to go right off the deck and onto the beach. The house on the other hand is in very poor shape. It needs major work. We had roaches in the kitchen, the stove had 4 burners but only one worked, the floor in front of the shower is rotting, the sofas had big stains on them, the trundle bed that we needed was missing, the kitchen is poorly stocked and the cord for the lamp in the bedroom was frayed-it electrocuted me when I plugged it in. We called about the roaches, the bed and the stove right away. To their credit, they offered to bring the bed out right away. The also told us they would replace the stove. It however took them 3 days and several phone calls to get the stove replaced. That made it tough to cook for eleven people. They refunded our cleaning fee for the sofa and roaches. When I called about the lamp and the bathroom floor, I was told they are planning on remodeling. This house needs it so badly. I would not rent this house again until it's fixed up. I'm not sure the cleanliness would change though. It's a lot of money to spend when the house isn't safe or clean. One more positive note. We had the house rented from Friday to Friday, seven days. We had a mix up and thought our reservation was Saturday to Saturday. Since no one was renting it until Saturday afternoon, they helped us out and we stayed our full 7 days. That was very nice of them. I really hope they fix the house up and get a better cleaning crew.

Great location...

It was quite cold and our pipes and the grinder pump for sewage froze also an electrical issue developed. The management company was responsive in dealing the pipes and electrical the day of Christmas Eve. The company dealt with what they could that day and I appreciated their communication. The sewage issue was remained a problem as the grinder pump was broken resulting in waste water dumping in the sand below the house. On Monday the day after Christmas we were contacted that the pump was a bigger problem and the company wanted us to move from the house on the beach to a duplex in town and "it certainly wouldn't cost anymore". I was taken aback by this solution. I offered to call them back as I wanted to think. We called another plumber and found out the tank could be pumped out to allow us to stay on the beach without overflow. I informed the company of this option and recieved a response that they would by-pass the grinder pump but was told there would no refunds if the waste began to smell because they offered an alternative place to stay. I disagree that a duplex in town in comparable to a house on the beach. The location is what we spent the money for and it is a wonderful location. The end of this issue was that waste water continued to dump below the house. No solids came out and no significant smell. Aside from the previous issue the house was fine. The front of the refrigerator was not cleaned. Missing bulbs in lamps. Light over the stove doesnt work. The front door was a pain in that opening it was difficult because the catch wasn't adjusted and the screw holding the door knob on wasn't the correct one so it would fall out almost daily allowing the door knob to come off in your hand. The initial maintenance people commented on this but didn't fix it. I did fix the catch. The ad on VRBO would lead you to believe the house was recently remodeled. I would say a couple of years ago maybe. The showers in particular are both cracked and have multiple yellowed repairs the shower curtain rods have seen better days. The wall below the electrical panel has been opened up and poorly patched in one of the bedrooms. Lots of paint chips in doorways. All in all Lynnetta was good to deal with and I did appreciate her directness and flexibility. I think if the ad was more reflective of the house it wouldn't of bothered me really. Ultimately it is a wonderful location and would stay there again just with different expectations.

Great House on the Beach

This is a great location if you love the beach. The beach is right down the stairs. Short walk to the water. Beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The house had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this house to everyone! It’s a perfect getaway!

This is our 5th year to Gulf Shores. First time we stayed at a house, previous trips were in a condo. The house was awesome !

Closest we have ever stayed to the Beach! Didn’t even need to tote a cooler down , we were so close. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing

The stay was amazing. Had everything we needed already provided. The view was gorgeous. The only downside was our original code did not work so we had to call to get a new code but the process of getting g a new one was easy. Will definitely rent from them again!

Not worth the money

We were not able to locate the house. It took us an hour to finally reach someone at the "emergency" phone number who could give us accurate directions. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. They are either cheap or old or both. The house is supposed to sleep 11, though I can't figure it out how. We only had 6 people, but didn't have enough towels for each of us. I noticed in an earlier review that the master bathroom didn't have hot water. That is still the case. I will say that the air conditioner worked well. The only other good thing I can say about this house is the location. It is right on the beach which was very nice. I would stay on the same beach again, but I would NOT stay at this house again.

Beautiful view of the ocean!

Loved being right in the beach and just steps away from the water...very convenient! The house is a little dated and it could use a few new appliances but it slept 3 adults and 5 children comfortably without being crowded. We had a blast! However, even though we spent a lot of time on the beach, with little ones needing naps we did spend time inside and the air conditioning seemed to have a hard time cooling during the day! Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Exactly on the Beach!!!

Don't know that you can any closer to the water.... built right on the beach. Although the house is a bit dated.... It is complete for staying on the beach. Only time we spent in the house was at night to sleep. Clean upon arrival, however, trash cans out front were over flowing we arrived late Friday afternoon and were not emptied when we left Sunday morning. Sleeping is comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. We had 6 adults and no kids and I would just say it was not an ideal set up. Property manager pleasant and easy to work with. Would stay again.... just not with 6 adults. Thanks for sharing your home. We had a blast!
