Fully equipped house with everything you need to make your stay "fabulous"

I have 2 large decks, which can be accessed from the two bedrooms.

The open plan kitchen and dining room flow into the sunroom, where you can sit, relax and enjoy the view across the water to Waitangi.

I have new flooring throughout the house and a new fridge & microwave too.

Just 5 minute walk is our local dairy for fresh milk etc and our local fish and chips shop too.

Also a 2 minute drive away is our local Twin Pines Manor/pub serving local food and some times live music or a jam session.

My house is right next to the nature reserve. You can hear the Tui bird chirping away and other birds too.

I like to travel overseas, when I can.

Penang, Malaysia is my favourite place, with lots of friends and choices of places to eat is unbelievable.

Why they chose this property

My house is very comfortable and an ideal place to base yourself to do day trips around the Bay of Islands.

Whether it is a trip across to Russell or a big day trip north to Cape Reinga.

Paihia has so much to offer, from boat trips, to fishing, to sailing, to mountain bike riding, hiking, golfing and even wine tours around the area are fun.

What makes this property unique

I have two large decks accessible from both the 2 bedrooms, you can sit and enjoy the views of the water and enjoy the bushland in front and to the side of the house.

There's also a BBQ on the top deck if you want to cook up a meal or two.

I also have a sunroom that is great if the weather is too cool to sit outside.
