Our host was great! We were able to check in early and she ordered a new beach umbrella as the one in the unit was broken. It was delivered the next day. This unit had EVERYTHING we could need and was so close to bars, restaurants, shopping, and most of all the beach! The beds were very comfortable as well!

Great condo on third floor. It has everything you should need for a great beach vacation! Towels, umbrella, chairs, coolers, white soft sandy beach! Well stocked kitchen with supplies for the cooking! UNIT is close to the pool that was clean and warm!

This was a great vacation. I loved the view of the gulf. The pool temp was nice and warm in January. Property is close to Bridge Street and restaurants. I didn’t cook, but the kitchen is well equipped for those who do. My only suggestion is to bring a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper. The street noise can get a little loud at times. After all, it is located at a busy spot on the island. Will definitely stay again!

The location is wonderful and condo is nice. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice beds and decor. It could have been a little cleaner. I found long black hair in numerous places and kitchen cabinets had not been wiped down. Ice maker didn’t work and bifold doors off track in hallway

This is a perfect AMI condo. Beach pool bay. Next to Cortez. Super clean and equipped. Owners super responsive. Also perfect place for a small family with a child training at IMG. Beach is really nice across the street. Walk or trolley to everything. A plus!

Great location

The unit was great and equipped with everything we would need for the week. We were right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurant. I spoke with Rose a couple of times she was so nice and helpful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place.

Location was good, right across from beach!Some of the sheets looked stained and the dryer stopped working the last day. :(Pool was nice and clean. Was walking distance to a few restaurants, so that was nice as well!

Location

The location of this condo is right on the corner of Cortez drive headed into the island. Not bad from the perspective of being close to everything and the island trolleys but the noise level for master bedroom and balcony were often loud and annoying. The condo itself was nice and we enjoyed the pool and location. The contact host was very responsive and helped us get an early checkin since our flight arrived earlier then checkin. We were checked in by 1 pm.

Great Accomodations

Our stay at Condo #215 was great ! The place is decorated in a Beach and Shell motif and was done very cleverly and fun. There are some really nice pieces that are made of shells and roping that add to the decor along with the ocean colors used. The bedroom bedding sets further the ocean and beach themes and the prints are so complementary to the condo. The decorating in a place we stay is important to us so that it makes us feel comfortable and uplifted. Two large bathrooms left nothing to be desired for personal use. The large wall TV's in both bedrooms and the LR were super nice to watch which we did a lot. The cute KIT area also was painted and tiled in the pale aqua shades and had all the equipment that could be desired available for use. Full cabinets of dishes and glasses and also appliance pieces to be used along with pieces to be taken to the beach are provided. The sliding doors from the LR and the MBR lead to the porch and a view of the gulf can seen along with a large boat dock to the side. All we had to do was cross the street and walk to and on the beach. It was beautiful. Everything was so clean every where we went too. Out the side LR window you can look out and down at a wonderful pool that we went swimming in a lot. We went there to relax and could not have enjoyed our stay there more. We ate out at lots of restaurants and every one of them were COVID protected. We ended our trip with a romantic dinner right on the beach at a seafood restaurant. We are definitely planning on coming back as soon as possible .

Everything is BEAUTIFUL

Peaceful Island atmosphere the beach was gorgeous. This condo feels like home. Cheerful decor. Comfy beds, great linens, kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Nice tvs, No need to bring anything but your family or friends. Will rent again.
