Los alquileres semanales de la temporada de verano son solo de sábado a sábado.

Disfrute del tiempo más preciado de su familia, vacaciones en nuestra villa ubicada en el exclusivo West End de Ocean Isle Beach. Cerca de numerosos campos de golf y el muelle OIB, que es excelente para la pesca.

Nuestra espaciosa 'Blue Dolphin Villa' de 1800 pies cuadrados ofrece techos de nueve pies y tiene capacidad para 12 personas en cuatro habitaciones, cada una con su baño privado. La villa está decorada con cortinas personalizadas y un cómodo ambiente de playa.

Esta ubicación ofrece una hermosa playa y acceso al Islander Resort Beach Club con su piscina frente al mar, jacuzzi, Tiki Bar e Isles Restaurant. Disfrute de aperitivos ligeros para comidas completas mientras se sienta en la terraza de la piscina junto al océano.

La comodidad es una prioridad, por lo que cada habitación está amueblada con colchones de primera línea y bien amueblada con mucho espacio de almacenamiento. La suite principal cuenta con una cama extragrande, TV de pantalla plana y elegantes muebles antiguos. El baño principal tiene una ducha recién renovada. Un segundo dormitorio, decorado con motivos de palmeras, tiene una cama doble, su propio microondas y TV. Un tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas de tamaño completo y está bellamente decorado en un tema de bacalao con muebles de mimbre blanco. El cuarto dormitorio náutico, apto para niños, ofrece dos juegos de literas, un televisor para películas infantiles y DVD para mantener a los niños entretenidos.

La cocina totalmente equipada tiene capacidad para 12 adultos. La sala familiar cuenta con una amplia área de descanso con un sofá, un sillón doble y dos sillas giratorias. Se incluye un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 'montado en la pared para su relajación.

La terraza tiene asientos al aire libre con una mesa de picnic a medida y dos hamacas. Las vistas de la cubierta incluyen una laguna y el canal intercostero hacia el oeste. El entretenimiento en la cubierta incluye una gran cantidad de tortugas nadando en la laguna.

La villa está situada el camino más cercano al acceso público a la playa y a pocos pasos de la playa (a menos de 200 yardas). Adyacente a la villa hay una gran área de espacio abierto donde las familias pueden jugar voleibol, fútbol u otros juegos al aire libre.

La Villa está a poca distancia entre Mytrle Beach, SC y el histórico Wilmington, NC. Our stay was amazing! The pool and clubhouse is just down the road and was impeccable! We met so many nice people! The beach was right next to it!!! We rented golf carts and it worked perfectly! The house was very clean and the layout was great (we had a 1 yr old with us). Would stay there again for sure!!!

It was everything we needed for our extended family. Enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. Location was great to beach access and not far from the Beach Club. And the little pond in the back with all the turtles was heaven. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Games were great too and plenty of seating in den area. Truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to more OIB trips of building memories in the years to come.

Great Vacation at OIB

We had a great vacation this year at OIB. The condo we stayed at was very nice. We were very close to the beach, only a short walk away. Everything at the condo was in good condition and we did not have any issues come up with the property. The owners of the property were very good to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Great Property in a great location.

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Jolene was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. We arrived right after a tropical storm passed through and she stayed in communication with me in the days leading up to my stay to make sure I had all the information I needed. Great condo in a great location, would definitely rent again.

Lots of turtles to watch from the balcony. You should see the Museum on second street. If you are playing put-put golf you can park at the pier for free. Our hosts were very nice.

Great Beach Vibes

Jolene was such a gracious host and very attentive to our needs. Her place was beautifully decorated with a great beach vibe all throughout the place. It was well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed and I may mention that it was spotless when we arrived. The beach access was within walking distance we did not even need to rent a golf cart. Would definitely rent again when my family gets together.

Recharged at the beach

We had a great few days at the beach. Our stay was very comfortable and the condo was great. The unit was very clean with a wonderful layout and great access to the beach. The back deck overlooks a retention pond with a fountain and is so relaxing to sit out there in the morning with coffee. The unit was very well appointed and my interactions with our host were great. Just a great experience all around. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice property with everything we needed. Very clean, nicely furnished and short walk to beach and pool. We exercised as a family under condo several mornings and it felt so good with the ocean breeze. We played pickle ball, visited pool, rode our bikes to coffee shop several days. We hated it to be over. We had our adult children and their families, 6 adults, 1 teen and 4 small kiddos. Jolene was a pleasure to work with and she always responded when i had a question. We hope to stay again sooner than later.

Grear stay despite Tropical storm Debby!

Property was excellent. Very clean and met all of our needs (two grandparents, adult son and 2 grandsons ages 9 and 11). Unfortunately the weather was pretty awful the entire week (Tropical storm "Debby") but we were very fortunate that we were staying just one block from other family and friends so we had a blast. Great location!

We absolutely loved this property and the location. There was plenty of space for all of us (5 kids, 4 adults) and the place had everything we needed. We cooked at the house several times and the kitchen was very well stocked. The convenience to the pool was great and we enjoyed both the pool and the beach. We took a trip to Myrtle one day to see a show and do some shopping and the drive wasn't bad at all. The owners were absolutely wonderful and checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we'll definitely look at renting this property again in the future.

First booked VRBO. Apprehensive, as I didn’t know what to expect. To my delight to find such a great place to stay & the patient & approachable owner with all the questions I had. The process was too easy & kept waiting for ball to drop, which never did. I couldn’t have picked a better place for us to spend our first beach rental. Great time by all. Thank you having us !

Amazing Condo! Felt like home

Hands down the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The condo was very clean and fully equipped. It has a full size washer and dryer which is amazing when you have five kids. The hosts were very nice and quickly responded to all questions we had. It is conveniently located two streets over from the beach on a very quiet street. The fridge was large and had a working ice machine. I can’t say enough about how nice this condo is. Definitely recommend!

5 min walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay! This was my first time at ocean isle, The canals out back provided some entertainment with the turtles since we couldn’t see the ocean, it helped to watch the turtles and we even saw an alligator! A little miscommunication caused us to not be able to rent linens or beach gear in time so we had to purchase both but now we have chairs to take in the future! The seat turtle nests were the highlight of our trip for sure! The house was very clean, and a direct walk of about 5 mins to the beach which wasn’t bad! The pool is further, takes about 10-15 and isn’t really ideal to walk down, so that was a bummer but we got to enjoy the beach because the water was so warm!! Overall a very nice trip

Wonderful family beach week!

This is a very comfortable and clean condo. Great view of the canal to watch the birds and the turtles. A very quick and easy walk to the beach and the beach club. It was great to have the option to go to the pool at the beach club and have lunch and not have to go into town. The condo is spacious and cozy at the same time. I had my three teenagers and they were able to spread out and have their own spaces but we all enjoyed gathering for meals and movies in the cozy family room. We rented bikes and road around every night after dinner. We also got an umbrella delivered to the beach every morning so all we had to do was bring our chairs and we could have shade at the beach all day if the sun got too hot (https://beachwayrentals.com/). Beachway rentals did a great job. We would definitely rent this condo again. The owner is very friendly and helpful!
