The building is on the quieter end of Waikiki and offers the convenience and fun of Waikiki with also being mere steps from green space and less crowded beaches. The shared 10th floor sundeck offers stunning views of the ocean/beach, zoo/park and the magnificence of Diamond Head.

Whether you are a return visitor to the islands or a first timer, we offer our guests recommendations and tips to the area including shuttles, parking, food, entertainment and activities.

Nice affordable place to stay

This is an older but well maintained condo. It had all the little amenities. Everything was clean and in good working order. I'm not a late night person any more but I didn't have any problem being able to sleep at night despite the zoo across the street and the night club on the second floor. This building was in a good location for getting out of Honolulu and for accessing the better beaches. I had no problem with parking across the street. I would not have a problem staying here again.

Nice corner unit larger than most

Unit 500 has everything you will need to enjoy a great stay 1/2 block from beach. Cold A/C, comfy queen bed, with a futon that opens up to accommodate a 3rd guest. Condo is roomy for 3 people with all the kitchen essentials you will need to enjoy your stay and not feel cramped at all. Not to mention super quiet at night!

I have stayed at Waikiki Grand several times and will be returning in August. Love the island and the Waikiki Grand. A choice, you will not be disappointed!!! Mahalo!

Perfect location, great value.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. A clean comfortable place to crash at the end of the fun and busy day. It's in a perfect location close to everything we wanted, including parking across the street at the zoo. Really enjoyed the rooftop terrace at the top of the building as well. Fabulous views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the there. The rental management people were super responsive to my requests and questions.

Great location, safe, clean

My sons an I had an awesome time. It was not fancy but for the money an location it was awesome! It was so Close the pier where my sons enjoyed tons of body surfing! Starbucks an other restaurants right near by as well as a Walgreens like store. My sons an I are two meals in an one out. It was perfect for us. The 10 floor has a beautiful view. I went up there daily sat in shade An enjoyed the breeze an a good book. So close to everything!

Closed In!!

Even though the location was great and the front desk was friendly, you couldn't open the drapes as you had no privacy!! If you didn't mind everyone looking in your room, the view you had was terrible. I'll look elsewhere on our next visit.

Cleaning Fee $89
Damage Deposit $150

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be emailed 60 days prior to check in date. If you email your cancellation 60 days before your check in date you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are subject to forfeiture of full deposit and any other monies you have paid for your dates that you have reserved. We will try to re-rent your dates reserved so that we can make a refund to you.

However, if the dates are not re-rented, your monies paid will be forfeited.

Late checkout policy:
If you have a late departure flight, we recommend reserving the condo for an additional night so you will have the use of your accommodation all day and depart at leisure. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged as follows: $50 per hour or the daily room rate, whichever is less.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
