Spacious, bright, art-filled contemporary 1-bedroom space that can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. Ground floor with privacy with garden access and full amenities.

The open floor plan encompasses the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. The Living Room includes a convertible sofa, flat screen TV & free wi-fi. The Dining Room seats 6 - 8 people. A fully equipped kitchen includes service for 8, cookware, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. A separate bedroom has a queen-sized bed with plush, 400-count cotton linens and a large closet. A wrap-around deck leads to a quiet backyard oasis with adirondack chairs, foliage & a CA redwood tree.

This lovely apartment is centrally located between Cole Valley, Haight Ashbury and Buena Vista Park. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and great shopping within walking distance. Close proximity (10-15 minute stroll) to UCSF & Golden Gate Park. Public transportation is close and accessible to all areas of the city including downtown/Financial District, the Mission District and AT&T Park/South of Market.

It was a wonderful stay with great city views every morning you wake up and walk out the front door. Wonderful hosts and a great overall experience.

Perfect stay. Beautiful place with tons of natural light, very close to parks and Haight Ashbury. Hosts were wonderful and accommodating. 100% recommend!!

Peaceful oasis in great location

The apartment is beautiful, modern and very comfortably furnished. I especially enjoyed the terrace overlooking the large trees and the proximity to Buena Vista Park. Cole Valley with nice restaurants and cafes and Haight Ashbury and Golden Gate Park are within walking distance. There is a nice bedroom with ample storage and very comfortable bed. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Michael and Nicole are great hosts who gifted me with loving welcomes and were there anytime I had a question. I really enjoyed my stay and am sure I will be back!

Quiet, Immaculate, Bright

We loved the location, cleanliness and serenity of Michael & Nicole’s place. It all felt fresh and unlike the many tired, neglected rentals out there. Linens were white, bright, 100% cotton and—best of all—unscented. The big windows let lots of light into the living room and provided a lovely view of the garden and trees. The sleeper sofa/futon was firm but actually very comfortable, as was the Tuft & Needle mattress in the bedroom. We would have loved to have laundry on-site but everything else about the apartment made up for that. Highly recommended!

Charming, quiet and cottage like

The property is just like it looks in the photos. It is a very quiet and in a beautiful setting. We loved the neighborhood and the ease of getting around to the local area. Near Golden Gate park and the Panhandle, Haight/Ashbury and Castro District. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking if needed. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. I would love to come back and stay in the future. Michael and Nicole were easy to work with and they lived upstairs if there were any questions we had about the rental or local dining. Lovely get away and neighborhood.

Great City Getaway!!

My small family and I stayed at Michael and Nicole's place during the week for a stay-cation. We live across the bay and wanted to spend time in S.F. without having to commute back and forth. We loved our week here -- the 1 bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and private with great natural lighting coming through the living room. We had everything we needed to feel right at home, including a well stocked kitchen (cookware, etc.). Michael and Nicole greeted us upon arriving and communication with them was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Stay, Safe Neighborhood

The downstairs apartment is quiet, comfortable, and had everything I could have needed. I stayed comfortably for 11 days, and there's not many places besides home that I feel like I could stay that long! It's in a safe and quiet neighborhood, just beware of the steep hills (but that's San Francisco for you). I would definitely stay here again if in San Francisco.

Perfect pied a terre

Michael and Nicole are gracious hosts -- and their ground floor apartment is perfect for a couple -- for a night or a week. Lovely furnishings, beautiful garden, very comfortable bed. All the appointments. Great location in Cole Valley.
