Vacationed at the property with a group of 10 adults and 9 kids. It was a perfect size for us. Loved the peaceful river views, playground, and pool area. The kids enjoyed the movie theater and arcade games too. Truly did not need to leave except to grocery shop. Great place!

Our stay with our four children, spouses and seven grandchildren was absolutely fantastic! The farm style table was large enough to accommodate all of us and we enjoyed many meals together. The sunroom in the morning for sipping a cup of coffee was a favorite spot. We enjoyed the theater room and even hosted our own talent show the last evening. The hot tub and pool were clean. And well maintained. We loved this house so much. We’ve already booked again for 2027!

Host was very accommodating and responsive. The property manager even came out to check on the roads (and us) after the snow storm. We had a lovely trip!

When we saw the snow coming in, we just wanted to make sure you were comfortable and safe. Mountain weather can be unpredictable, and we always want our guests to feel cared for — especially during something like a snowstorm. I’m so glad the roads were manageable and that you were able to relax and enjoy your time anyway. Hearing that you had a lovely trip makes it all worth it. We would welcome you back to Blue Ridge anytime.

Very spacious and spread out over two floors. Lots of cozy spaces where you could read, play games, have coffee or cocktails. Downstairs was the ultimate cabin with bar, games, jukebox, etc. the outdoor areas were massive with a huge fire pit and the most river frontage I’ve seen in the area. Lots of fireplaces upstairs and downstairs, tons of cooking equipment! This home had everything needed and we made some great memories.

The Host and Heather were wonderful and quickly responded to any questions or needs. The house was perfect for our family group of 16! We loved everything about it. It was perfect and very clean. Hope to stay again soon!

We have the best time it was 34 of our friends family and kiddos. The house was comfortable for all of us there was plenty of places to sleep we weren't all on top of each other the property has everything to do from yard games to pool to a swimming pool everything you could imagine plenty of towels plenty of bathrooms plenty of bedrooms they even referred us to a catering company called mama's concierge who came in brought us in breakfast dinner did all the cleanup it was absolutely amazing I will highly recommend. Greatest vacation ever we will definitely be back.

My family stayed the week of Christmas and we could not have dreamed of a more perfect home for the holidays. The home, amenities available activities were beyond words. The gorgeous Christmas Tree brightened the eyes of the kids and the adults. We found a sweet Christmas Eve Service nearby. This home is beautifully decorated and my family fell in love! Thank you for allowing us to stay and I would recommend this home to everyone!
