Located in a secure beachfront community of friendly neighbors, this freshly renovated two-bedroom penthouse puts you steps from the sand and a short drive from Daytona’s top attractions. Once you see the view from the balcony, though, you may just decide to stay in.

A PERFECT DAY
Early risers get rewarded up here on the eighth floor, where you can watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from the comfort of the king-size bed in the master suite (complete with oh-so-comfy Doctor's Choice mattress and Distinguished Guest linens).
Pull on a bathrobe and head to the kitchen for coffee. Here you'll also find new stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, soft close cabinets and recessed lighting. Then it’s time to settle with your coffee on the private 40-foot balcony, watching huge pelicans soar by just a few feet away and possibly dolphins frolicking in the breakers. In those quiet dawn moments, when the rest of the world is sleeping, it feels like the ocean, the sand and the sky were put there just for you.
Then it’s back to your suite and for a rejuvenating stint in the walk-in shower, renovated with grab bars and seat for maximum ease and comfort. By now, there might be someone stirring in the guest bedroom, which has additional privacy provided by a hallway pocket door; two Doctor's Choice twin beds and the same spectacular ocean views, plus its own walk-in shower. (There’s also a sofa bed in the living room with upgraded mattress.)
Now it’s time to discuss the day’s plan over omelets at the intimate breakfast bar. Will it be a beach day? The unit comes stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. Inventory fluctuates during the year. Anything else you need--from surfboards to umbrellas to paddleboards--can be rented just down the beach.
Maybe you feel like lounging by the year-round heated pool, chatting with the friendly neighbors of Sandpoint; or pamper yourself with a visit to the sauna after a trip to the on-site fitness room. Perhaps you'd like to explore Daytona by car: T The Speedway and Boardwalk are just minutes away.
But if you’re anything like us, you might decide that the condo has everything you really need today: all the amenities of home (wi-fi, three flat-screen TVs, A/C, washer/dryer) and 23 miles of pristine Floridian white sand stretching in either direction, the azure waters of the Atlantic extending as far as the eye can see. Look, a pod of dolphins!

You can’t get much more beachfront than Sandpoint, which gives you direct access to Daytona Beach Shores—dubbed "The World's Most Famous Beach"—for sunning, swimming and fishing. The gated building features high-tech security; welcoming common areas (including poolside cabanas, and rest rooms, fitness center, and a cozy library); and an on-site property manager to handle maintenance and any unforeseen issues.
Twenty minutes from the airport, Sandpoint is close to all the attractions: You can see Kennedy Space Center rocket launches (to the south), right from the balcony, as well as the nightly fireworks display over the Boardwalk during the summer. Drive to the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse in just 10 minutes, and local restaurants and grocery stores are right around the corner.
Come for the never-ending ocean views from the balcony. Stay for the friendly community atmosphere.
