Conveniently located on the popular Isle of Palms Front Beach strand and set just behind the sawgrass dunes, from your 2nd floor balcony you'll enjoy a panoramic view of the ocean and the tropical surroundings, while experiencing a special privacy, out of view from onlooking beach crowds.

If you don't feel like grilling out at the beach side barbecue pits, you are only a stone's throw from the Banana Cabana, the new Coda Del Pesce (Italian Seafood), Coconut Joe's, Luke & Ollies Pizzaria, Acme Lowcountry Table, The Sea Biscuit and the world famous Windjammer beach bar and grill as well as the Front Beach shopping area. Love this sea cabin! It really has everything you need or want. you can cook there, has beach chairs, sandtoys, even a small surf board our granddaughter loved. My husband loves the private pier, I love the clean sandy beach.Restaurants are great and you can walk to all !

Great location with everything you need!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Cabins! We especially appreciated being able to book this great condo at very short notice. The place was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Easy, convenient parking for our car. The beach and pool were just a short walk away and we loved that we could also get groceries, pizza, ice cream and drinks so easily in the nearby shops and restaurants. Being so close to Mt. Pleasant was helpful too- we took the Charleston Water Taxi over to Charleston one day and it was super convenient and fun for our 4 year old. Thanks, Andy!

Love this place!!

Was a perfect vacation. Great location, can walk to everything needed-restaurants, grocery store, loved the room,very clean, had every thing + what a person would need.great sleeping! Awesome view of ocean.loved the beach, Will definitely book here again! Hopefully soon:)

So-So Condo - Great Location

We found the condo to be adequate. It was't very clean, the floor was dirty when we arrived, as in it blackened socks (we have a practice of taking our shoes off in our living area); stains on the upholstery, microwave had food splatters, a lot of dishes/glasses in the cabinet were dirty. Very minimal linens, 6 towels/washcloths and only 2 hand towels for 6 people. Only one extra roll of toilet paper, a partial roll of paper towels...again, minimal. The balcony screen door was broken, and we got stuck on the balcony when we shut the sliding glass door while outside. Internet was very spotty and when I called with questions regarding difficulty logging on, no one ever called back. I also inquired about how to obtain additional linens, again, no one called back. If you don't mind a so-so accommodation in order to be close to the beach and a nice pool, this is a good place. The location and view off-set the condition of the condo.

Owner's Response: We strive to keep our accommodations above and beyond the highest standard. We have no record of any contact regarding the cleanliness or linens issue in our system. We always respond immediately to issues with the housekeeping and cannot respond if we are not notified. The complex is undergoing a new paint job this winter and we are installing new fishing pier benches. The interior of this villa is also scheduled to be upgraded with new furniture and furnishings this winter season. Please consider the majority of the other reviews when making your decision to vacation on the Isle of Palms. Thank you.

Perfect Location and Great Beachfront Condo

Can't beat the location on IOP, you are on the beach!!! Easy walk (one block) to all the IOP shops and restaurants and a short commute to downtown Charleston. It was $40 taxi ride to downtown but a $60 taxi ride home! Condo is small but quaint, loved my stay here and will return again! It was clean and well maintained. Andy was very helpful and accommodating! The pictures are exactly what you see, the balcony looks at the beach and pier. Cozy comforts of home. There was only 2 of us, so it was a perfect size it might be a little tight for 6. The bunk beds are in the entry way. You can't beat the location and I loved the condo! I highly recommend this place!

Excellent Location, clean condo

We stayed in this condo the week of 7/25/15 - 8/1/15. There was a minor mix up on the date listed on the parking pass when we received it in the mail. I contacted the owner by phone and he confirmed our dates and left a corrected parking pass in the condo for us upon arrival. Excellent service and response!

You can't beat this location in IOP. We were less than a 5 minute walk from Banana Cabana, Luke n Ollie's Pizza, Coconut Joe's... The beach did get a little crowded on the weekend, but the week days were great. The condo is exactly as it is represented in the ad and I would not hesitate to stay here again.
