Perfectly located, directly on the bay. Pelican Cove Condominiums offers a heated pool, hot tub, a full-size tennis court and has a private boat dock which doubles as a fishing pier. This condo features a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a screened private balcony that overlooks the pool. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, twin bed, and has a rollaway bed in the closet. This room also has a screened balcony.

Located south of the shops and restaurants on Bridge Street, Pelican Cove lures those who appreciate a lively vacation. Start your day with a game of tennis, swim your laps, jog on the white sand beaches, or grab fins and a mask for snorkeling. At the end of the day, consider the hot tub or perhaps if you are docking your boat here, take a sunset cruise.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

A great February getaway

The updated unit at Pelican Cove was a pleasant surprise. Everything was new and clean and perfect. The heated pool and hot tub are perfectly maintained and were used by our grandchildren every day. The access to the beach would normally be quite perfect, but there was some construction happening right across from the location which made it a bit more challenging. But once you get there you can walk for a long ways along the gulf.

Fun Time

Loved the location and the unit itself. Very clean ,bright and sunny. Just didn't like having to go to Holmes beach to pick up the key added about an hour to our check in due to traffic.

I didnt like having to go to the rental office to pick up and drop off the keys to the property.

It is exactly as the pictures show. A bit dated, but had everything we needed. Didn't realize it was spring break, traffic was crazy. I'm happy we could walk to numerous restaurants, bars and shops. They were also replenishing the beach area right by the condo.
