Hay espectaculares vistas panorámicas desde cada ventana en este tranquilo y recientemente remodelado penthouse ubicado dentro del popular complejo cerrado de Hacienda de Mita. Podrá contemplar las vistas al mar más pintorescos del campo de golf, las Islas Marieta y la vegetación exuberante. Por la noche, disfrute de la puesta de sol y las luces lejanas de Puerto Vallarta y el pueblo de Punta Mita.

Nuestra Membresía Premier Golf se transfiere a nuestros huéspedes y es la única manera de obtener acceso completo a TODOS los servicios de Punta Mita:

We had some friends that came for a large party. We did not have room in our unit so we rented this unit to accommodate our guests. They loved it.

Wonderful vacation!

What an amazing condo and view! We arrived and were greeted by our concierge, Raul, who walked us through all of the details of the rental and was just a text away all week to help with any questions, restaurant reservations, and more. The condo was equipped with everything that we needed, and the layout was so spacious--perfect for our family of five. Our favorite spot was the large terrace for morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the mountains and bay. The large retractable doors that opened to make the den and terrace one large room were great! The location is perfect--just a golf cart ride away from the beach clubs and town. This was our first trip to Punta Mita, and we hope it won't be our last. Cannot recommend Punta Mita and Hacienda de Mita enough!

Relaxing stay in Punta Mita!

We love staying at Hacienda de Mita and this time was no exception. The condo itself was very nice, clean and the pictures were very accurate. We had some trouble getting the concierge to respond and did not get final itinerary until late evening the night before we were headed there. we had trouble with the hot water and the internet was down for the last 2 days of our trip. we were told these were all issues that effected the entire building/area so it may not have been just our unit. overall, a lovely stay!

This was our 2nd year in a row staying in this unit and again it was great. Clean, well furnished, the kitchen is well equipped and the views can’t be beat!!! Our only issue was the hot water in the master shower did not work. Maintenance came and fixed it temporarily but later that day there was no hot water again. Since there are 4 showers in the unit it was no big deal just a little frustrating. We told the concierge about the issue at departure and they were going to address it. We would absolutely book this unit again despite this small issue.

An excellent holiday vacation!

Can’t complain about one detail of Hacienda de Mita PH condo or anything punta mita has to offer! It was all incredible and so easy with a family and a little toddler. Highly recommend getting a chef a couple nights and also going to El Surf club and St Regis. If you are visiting during peak season, get to the beach clubs early! Chairs go quickly. Thank you to the amazing HdM staff and team! You made this trip one to remember. We will be back!

Perfect family vacation

We loved out stay and the view! Easy access to town for dinner and a short golf ride to our favorite beach clubs. The condo was spacious and beautiful and had everything we needed. Our concierge, Jorge, was also amazing. We will be back!

Lovely getaway

The house was well appointed and very easy and comfortable. We loved our little pool and access to the great beach clubs and ability to use the golf cart. We made some wonderful memories in Punta Mita and hope to be back soon!

Loved our time in Punta Mita

Lovely penthouse unit is very well maintained and beautifully furnished. Jorge, our concierge went above and beyond to help us with many last minute requests. We took advantage of all the different beach clubs and the golf cart made getting around the grounds and town so easy! We will definitely return.

Penthouse Perfection

The space was casual and luxurious with tons of room to relax, cook, and enjoy the views! The penthouse was close to all of the beaches and amenities, as well as next to, but not directly in, the small town of Coraral de Risco (often called “Punta Mita Town”). This rendered access to groceries and services, outside the gates of Punta Mita, accessible in a few minutes. We went for surfing and thought ahead to bring a soft cartop (actually “cart top”) rack for the provided golf cart. This made our trip even better. I highly recommend the property, which was well managed and scrupulously maintained.

World class Relaxing Oasis & adventures in beautiful Punta Mita

Punta Mita is the perfect location for a post-pandemic family vacation. This property is absolutely gorgeous, pristine and exquisitely decorated. The service was also professional, courteous and very responsive. We enjoyed not only this property and the beach clubs, but also the surrounding nature including an amazing trip to Islas Marietas, an absolute must-see. We are grateful with Sherri & her team and look forward to coming back soon. Our experience was extraordinary so we highly recommend this location and property. Enjoy!

Perfect Family Vacation

Finding Sherri’s property was a stroke of great luck. All arrangements went very smoothly. Jorge the concierge could not have been more helpful. He arranged golf, fishing and trip to nearby town as well as delivering food and services in the condo. The condo is extremely well maintained and has everything you could want. Maid service was top notch. It is well located within the Punta de Mita complex and you have access to all of the beach clubs and facilities which is a real plus. I highly recommend Sherri’s place and will definitely be returning.

Great week

A great getaway! Accommodations were nice, loved the oversized deck. Access to all the beach clubs and the golf cart were key to the experience. TV and Sonos were not working, contacted the concierge. After spending some time, he determined that it was the dish and said they couldn't prune the necessary shrub. Seems like an easy fix. Overall, we had a lovely week and enjoyed Hacienda de Mita.

Fantastic Family Vacation

We can’t say enough about how much we love Punta Mita bad this beautiful property. Sherri was wonderful to work with and our concierge Tiny took care of our every need. We will be back next year for sure.

We first visited Punta Mita in 2005, when development in the area was first beginning. We did some surfing that day, had fish tacos on the beach, and fell in love with the natural beauty and laid back vibe. Our love affair with Punta Mita continues!
