Luxury Condo at Hacienda De Mita in Punta Mita

Spectacular 3500 sq. ft. Ocean View Condo with amazing views of the ocean and golf course . It is located inside the gated community of Punta Mita where the Four Seasons and St Regis properties are located. Hacienda de Mita’s location is ideal. It is the only beachfront condominium development in the Punta Mita resort.

Hacienda de Mita, is within the gates of Punta Mita, seamlessly blends all the luxuries and amenities of a 5 star resort but with the conveniences of home.

Wonderul stay

We had the best time at Casa Mexibu. We arrived to a spotless property, with welcome drinks and guac and chips. Each day, Claudia served up a delicious breakfast, which was a real highlight. The location was ideal and easy to get to all of the beach clubs. We will definitely come back!

Punta Mita was a wonderful place to kick off the new year with our 3 adult kids. Everyone had their own bedroom and plenty of options to do exactly what they wanted. The service everywhere we went was great and the area was pretty quiet.

Wonderful stay

My family and two young children had a wonderful time here. The unit is very clean, check-in and check-out was seamless. Miriam helped us organize all of what we needed and was super attentive. Looking forward to coming back.

Excellent trip

We had an excellent trip. Daily breakfast with Claudia were excellent and I strongly recommend to organize some dinners with Christian Claudia’s husband. The Mexican dinner was top notched. Anaelena and Miriam were also very supportive to try to make us have a better trip.

Fun family trip

We had the best time at this stunning condo. The location is so great - easy walk to the pool, walk or ride down to the beach club (pool and beach access) and walking access into Punta Mira (through a secure gate). Miriam was so helpful getting things arranged before we arrived - dinner reservations and a crib; Claudia was a great cook and made beautiful breakfasts and a delish dinner for us the night of the Super Bowl (fish and shrimp tacos!). The golf cart was really nice and it was fun to visit the different beach clubs and restaurants in the development!

Fantastic Experience

We had a wonderful stay at the Hacienda de Mita. The condo was beautiful - very well maintained, nice furnishings, great location on the property. 6 of us stayed there and it was a great size to accommodate all of us comfortably. Claudia, the housekeeper made amazing breakfasts every morning. The check-in / checkout process was super easy and the house manager helped us coordinate anything that we needed, including super easy airport transportation and a driver for a day trip to Sayulita.

Paradise

The place is just as described. We had a wonderful time. Miriam, our concierge, was very helpful during our stay making Reservations, securing transportation for us etc. Claudia is a great cook. It was wonderful to wake up to a gourmet breakfast and come back to a wonderful après. The only activity I would not recommend is going to Sayulita. Avoid it. Stay in the resort or visit the town if Punta Mita. You will have a Wonderful time.

Punta Mita did not disappoint

We had a lovely stay in Hacienda de Mita. It was our first time to the area and Hacienda was very convenient to town and to all the beach clubs and other activities inside the gate. This specific unit was perfect for our group - two families w one child each. Cinthia (our concierge) was super responsive both before we arrived and during our stay. Claudia (our cook and housekeeper) made an amazing breakfast each day as well as a fun surprise snack that kept us well fed (specifically requested her guac and salsa multiple times!). We did encounter an ant issue one day but Claudia was prompt to help resolve it. The beds were a little firm for our liking but I’m really grasping to find anything that wasn’t great about this place. Views from the unit were good - and we had easy access to our building’s quiet pool as well as the community pool. Would totally recommend to my friends.

Husband and wife get away after raising 4 children

From the time we booked, the communication with Kathleen and Miriam were amazing! Every need was met. The condo was just what we were looking for; private but access to all. Claudia made the best pico and quac for us and kept the condo looking spotless. Groceries were there when we arrived (including an amazing dinner cooked by Claudia). After our flight home was canceled, Miriam and her husband took such good care of us and ensured we were transferred to a near by hotel without incident. I highly recommend this property, Many thanks to all!

Best Vacation Ever!

Our family all agreed that our trip to Punta Mita, staying at Mexibu was their favorite vacation we’ve had, & we travel a-lot! The condo was gorgeous, even better in person then the photos. It has great views & an awesome outdoor patio. We woke up daily to a fabulous breakfast spread, we felt so spoiled! We went to different beach clubs each day & enjoyed surfing, snorkeling & hanging out on the beach, the setting at each one is better than the next, so picturesque! The location was ideal, we loved staying behind gates & also being able to walk to town. Our hosts were amazing, every detail was perfect from beginning to end! They even had their house manager shop for us & had the kitchen stocked with all our favorites. She also arranged a boat ride, massages & dinner reservations. We are already planning our next trip back as this vacation truly exceeded our expectations! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Picturesque Paradise

Hacienda de Mita is settled among a group of beautiful & well manicured properties. The property itself is EXACTLY as pictured; spacious, modern & full of amenities. The grounds staff, transportation services & security were welcoming, and our safety was never a concern. Anna, the in person property hostess was very friendly & accommodating. She served as an interpreter for the highly praised cook Claudia. Claudia’s culinary skills are worthy of all the praise, she doesn’t speak English, but the translator app solved our language barriers :-). Awaking to daily breakfast was THEE BEST, the fresh fruit & local favorites were everything! The kitchen is also equipped with a Nespresso machine, you just need to bring your own coffee pods. This girls’ trip was just the laidback recharging we needed. From the local restaurants/shopping in town, to the in house tequila tasting & spa services - the beach clubs access were the icing on the cake! Just an all around great trip, kudos to Kathleen for offering her property for the enjoyment of others.

Incredible vacation/property

Pictures don't even do this property justice. On day 1, my kids said this was the best vacation ever. We were greeted with cool scented towels and given a tour of the property. Miriam was very helpful in arranging airport transportation and happy to assist with any reservations we needed for dinner or activities. Claudia prepared the most amazing spread in the mornings specific to what we liked. She makes incredible guacamole, our favorite. Daily housekeeping was nice. Spoiled was an understatement. This was our first time in Punta Mita, and first time staying at Hacienda de Mita. It was the best decision to stay "within the gates" as we used, daily, the access to the beach clubs. A golf cart is also necessary since it is quite far to some of these clubs. I believe this will be available, just had not arrived for our stay. So we rented one. There are fabulous restaurants outside the gates that we enjoyed, not one we disliked. The beach was rocky, but not as much as some people said. Water shoes were not necessary, we wore flip flops. The beach did have quite a bit of seaweed, perhaps it was the time of year. The beach had great waves, especially in the morning and late afternoon. Many were out paddle boarding and surfing. My kids just said it hurt their feet coming off the board with the rocks, but that is just part of it. This is a more quiet resort, not loud at all. Not a party place for sure. Pool closes at 8 and quiet time starts at 10. You are fined for loud music complaints. Beautiful views of the pool and ocean from this unit. We will return for sure. Hopefully sooner rather than later!! Wonderful experience!!!
