3 Bedroom Home with new upstairs sleeping area with 2 more beds and TV, Play area that you’re kids will love. Ceilings upstairs shorter only 60 inches tall peak and stairs are steep. Completely remodeled with newer furniture, linens, 2 Queen Sealy Posturepedic Pillow Top memory foam beds, Sectional which folds to a comfortable Full bed in the smaller room. Queen bed and futon couch upstairs. Giant sectional in living room, bamboo floors, top of the line kitchen with White Quartz countertops, a Bosch Dishwasher, New Hot Tub April 2023 with upgraded 220 volt connection so it heats up quickly. I do change the water when it gets nasty so there is a chance that it might not be piping hot the second you arrive. Hot tub is adjacent to small room, sitting area so you can watch your kids swim, 70" LED TV, DVD, Cable, Wifi 400mb highest speed internet available. Bluetooth Soundbar with Subwoofer, Heating, BBQ, New Washer and Drier, Fire pit, Games, Large Dining room table Buddha Garden, A/C, large fenced yard, steps from the beach.

If you’re a nervous traveler, have health concerns, don’t like driving in the wind, rain, or snow, are concerned with your health please purchase trip insurance. I can’t afford to provide that service myself for last minute cancellations when it is readily available.

Note: Cleaners are following all CDC/OHA, and Tillamook County best practice cleaning guidelines for Covid-19.

Prior to guest arrival and 48 hours in advance an email will be sent to each party requiring the following. 1. Confirmation that no person in their party has recently experienced any flu or cold symptoms or had a fever within the last 10 days.
. No person in their party has been exposed to or interacted with a person who has tested positive for COVID 19 within the last 14 days

House and yard are gorgeous, there's a fully stocked kitchen and a hot tub, which is beautiful under the stars at night. A very short walk right down to beach! Would absolutely book here again.

The house is so welcoming and homey. The back yard was nice with the hot tub, hammock and fire pit. WOW! Location to the beach was an amazing path across the street. Thank you for such a great stay.

Very comfortable and cozy place, with a convenient trail to the beach right across the street. Kitchen is fully functional and stocked with most items you would need. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again

Stayed for two nights, really gorgeous weekend. The house was well equipped, huge backyard, clean, enough space for my family and I- 2 kids ages 4 and 6, a small doggo, and husband. Close to town, I could walk to town 15ish min to the main area, and very close walk to the beach.

Good property for two. Near beach as mentioned with entrance right across the street, hot tub great an updated cover would be nice, fire pit with some wood provided, make sure you get seasoned wood. Bed mattress very firm, unit clean but cleaner is always a plus. Central to upper and mid costal Oregon, nice small town. Would recommend.

Cute house that had everything we needed. The big fenced backyard was a huge bonus for us with our dog. Outdoor hot tub and multiple close in access points to the beach were fabulous.

This Rockaway beach cottage rocks

Cute beach cottage connected to the beach by an easy pathway. Hot tub was delightful. Thoughtfully updated (heated towel bar in the bathroom!). Comfy beds. We had a great time and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great dog friendly property

Cute bungalow in Rockaway Beach. House is a little quirky and a little retrograde. The stairs to the loft, bedroom 3, are very steep. Luckily, we did not need that space. Beds are very comfortable. The fenced back yard was great for dogs. The house was very well stocked with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry soap, coffee and filters, etc.Beach access was directly across the street from the property, perhaps a 3- minute walk. The property owner was very responsive to a request for help with the TV.If you want a place that will accommodate your dog, and want easy beach access, this is a great property.

Great cottage close to the beach!

The place has all the charm and quirks of an old cottage, but it’s very well maintained and set up! Our 10yo loved sleeping in the attic space. We didn’t let the 6yo sleep up there because of the steepness of the stairs, but he was comfy in one of the other bedrooms. The internet is very fast. Backyard and hot tub are perfect. One of my favorite VRBO stays!

So many amenities provided!

We WOULD stay here again. The house has so many personal touches and it feels like your home away from home. Hot tub, fire pit, VERY close to ocean, comfy beds and pillows. Washer, dryer, kitchen supplies, etc. WiFi, huge TV. The house is not on a main traveled road, so it's quiet. Nice walk into town and also to easy boardwalk hiking trail that leads to an astonishingly HUGE cedar tree!

We were very impressed with the house overall. Beds were extremely comfortable and the property was spacious. My only negative would be the quality of the cookware. The frying pans were unusable due to teflon peeling away and rough on pan surface. Otherwise the house had everything we wanted.

Spring break getaway

Property is well equipped and the location is excellent. We loved the hot tub and the fenced backyard for our dog. However, the mom in me couldn't get past the layer of dirt and grime everywhere. I'm not sure if its because it's early in the season, but the house needs a deep cleaning! I would give the property a second chance because of all the other positives and easy beach access.

Family home

The home is located walking distance from the beach in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Comfortable fit four adults and have extra sleeping space in the attic area. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are away from each other, giving privacy without disturbing each other. The home is nicely remodeled. The living room furniture shows some stain and wares. If you are traveling with eight adults/ persons the place is OK, keeping in mind there is only one bathroom! For how much it’s cost, maybe a bit more then what it’s worth, but heasy access to the beautiful beach couldn’t be nicer.

I've got 4 rentals in Rockaway but this is my favorite. I live in Portland, went to University of Oregon and love everything Oregon has to offer including but not limited to biking both road and Mountain, Yoga, Tennis, raising my two kids and enjoying life.

Why they chose this property

I came upon this property on a 10 PM walk with my kids. One of my other houses is on Minnehaha and we usually take that path to the beach. We saw this entrance a bit farther down and popped out on Stark Street where the house was for sale. We peeked through the windows and I made an offer before I had ever stepped inside. It had good bones but my Friends and Family came and helped me re-model it to get it to the nice condition that it is currently in. I love being this close to the beach so I don't have to put my shoes on to go to the beach. The yard is giant and super close and the living room is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen turned out awesome.

What makes this property unique

The Hot Tub means you are always warm. My kids built the fire pit and did an excellent job
