Mod Haus - Fuga moderna di metà secolo a Fredericksburg

Mod Haus è stata costruita nel 1960 ed è decorata in stile aggiornato della metà del secolo. Ha una fantastica atmosfera moderna con una zona giorno a pianta aperta, molti posti a sedere per gruppi, splendide finestre d'epoca che ti permettono di vedere fuori dall'area della piscina e una cucina rinnovata con tutti i comfort, oltre a una grande sala giochi. Mod Haus può facilmente ospitare gruppi numerosi. Può ospitare 10-12 persone in camere spaziose e ben arredate. C'è una camera da letto matrimoniale, due camere da letto matrimoniali, una camera matrimoniale e una camera con due gemelli, inoltre la sala giochi ha due divani letto matrimoniali. Avrai difficoltà a decidere quale camera desideri utilizzare. (Nessun problema, puoi tornare ancora e ancora e provarli tutti!)
. Mod Haus ha tutti i comfort tra cui cucina completamente attrezzata con due forni, due televisori a grande schermo, c'è anche una sala giochi mod (con giochi da tavolo e una PS4!)Mod Haus dispone di quattro bagni completi, tutti decorati secondo lo stile della metà del secolo, e per la vostra comodità sono disponibili biancheria intima di fascia alta e altri servizi (q-tip, batuffoli di cotone e persino fogli per struccanti).
Il divertimento continua all'aperto con una piscina rinfrescante per una lunga giornata calda e divertente, un grande patio esterno coperto, una griglia a gas e un grande cortile alberato. C'è un pozzo del fuoco a gas, una doccia esterna e una lavatrice e asciugatrice in dotazione. C'è un parcheggio fuori strada per più di quattro auto, ed è poco meno di un miglio da Markt Platz su Main Street .. Ci sono tonnellate di servizi proprio dall'altra parte della strada, tra cui un negozio, ristoranti e persino un centro benessere. Puoi rimanere e guardare film su uno o entrambi i televisori a grande schermo o fare una festa in piscina all'aperto. L'ampio cortile recintato è ottimo anche per i giochi all'aperto. Puoi giocare a ferri di cavallo all'ombra di bellissime querce. Con così tanto da fare proprio qui a Mod Haus, potresti non voler mai andartene!

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was exactly what we needed for our trip. The location was perfect, close to the activities we wanted to do, yet set apart from other houses, giving us the freedom to enjoy ourselves and play music without worry. The layout was ideal for our group of eight, with everyone having their room and plenty of bathrooms to make things easy and comfortable. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our getaway, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great property off main st about a mile. Pool and back yard were great to hang out with all of our friends. Plenty of space in the house. Kitchen is well equipped. We cooked breakfast and dinner for 9 people multiple days. Great trip and would highly recommend to anyone booking a group trip to FBG!

This is our 3rd or 4th year to stay at Mod Haus for our July 4th gathering in the hill country. Mod Haus always has plenty of space with us spending most of our days outside on the back patio around the pool. This year it rained most of the time we were there but the way the patio is covered we were able to stay under the patio & still stay dry. The kitchen has all the essentials PLUS some. The beds & linens are very comfortable. The house's location is perfect! Right in town only minutes from downtown. The convenience store across the street is very convenient & we made several trips to it. HEB is also just right down the street so easy to get to for groceries. Obviously we would stay here again & again!

The perfect place for our family reunion. Lots of room to spread out. Lots rear facing windows to the pool. The young ones loved the pool. Nice kitchen for serving. Minimart across the street was so convenient. Only negative was everyone thought the mattresses were too firm.

Perfect friend getaway

House is well laid out with plenty of comfy beds and baths. Backyard is serene and beautiful with a pool. Central kitchen was perfect for my group of ladies and was well-stocked with kitchen equipment. Also had plenty of space to bring and store food and coolers. Everything was very clean with furniture in great condition. Loved the convenient location with short drive to Main street. I would stay here again.

Spacious house, fun decor, well furnished

Visiting for a family wedding with four generations staying in the house found the single story floor plan especially inviting. Enjoyed relaxing under the covered patio and floating in the pool. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. Seasonal bluebonnet blooms were a delightful touch!

Perfect wine stay

Just what you need to enjoy a fun weekend in wine country. A few minutes to downtown and super close to all the wineries. Laid back vibe with everything we needed to not worry about anything the whole weekend. Would stay here again 100%.

Great house for birthday celebration for 12!

The house has the perfect layout for a large group of 12 women. Plenty of parking, five bedrooms plus game room, the kitchen was well-stocked and made cooking large meals easy, and the living room was perfect for hanging out. It was .9 miles to Main Street and we were able to walk to the shopping district. Hosts were very helpful - and came right away to fix something

Beautiful backyard and location

The Mod house was had a great location and beautiful backyard. The inside is a little different than the picture, but overall great. We wished there was more communication on what we need to bring and what the house already had. We overall for our short stay had a great experience.

Paul grew up in Berkeley, CA and attended Cal Berkeley. Carrie is a fifth-generation Fredericksburger. After attending Texas A&M to be a teacher and looking for adventure, Carrie moved to California with a suitcase and $500.00 and got lots of it, including meeting and marrying Paul. After the birth of Jonas, our only child in 1997, we decided to move to Fredericksburg and built a house on family land. Paul has been a contractor, and Carrie taught in the local school. Now with an empty nest, we are starting a new adventure with Mod Haus.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This is a unique place, with huge open spaces, a fabulous kitchen, and super large, spacious bedrooms. When we saw it, we fell in love. Because the house is so large and because it's so close to many amenities and within walking distance of town, we realized it would be the perfect place for a VRBO, with Fredericksburg being an established destination for wineries, shopping, festivals, and more. With the amazing back yard and outdoor space, we knew it needed a pool. Mod Haus sits in the middle of three acres, and has beautiful oak trees, and a kind of different feel to it than a lot of VRBO's in the area. Now that it's finished, we love the place even more.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Mod Haus is unique space in the Fredericksburg VRBO world. It is a mid-century house that is carefully decorated in mid-century modern style , with large bedrooms, and an open concept living/kitchen space that can easily accommodate larger groups. It's quite close to town, and very close to tons of amenities including a convenience store, a spa, restaurants and more right across the street, and is within walking distance to Main Street, Fredericksburg. The outdoor spaces are spacious and lovely, dotted with beautiful oak trees, as well as a pool and a large covered deck. The many period windows in the house give it an even more open feel, as well as a great view of the outside pool and yard. The huge yard is a great place for a barbecue, to play horseshoes, or to enjoy our beautiful Texas evenings outside. Inside there are two large screen televisions, a PS4 gaming system, a fully equipped kitchen, and four complete bathrooms, all decorated in the mid-century style, as well as a washer and dryer. Mod Haus would be a fabulous place for several couples to get together, or for a family reunion, a retreat, or even for single friends to get together for a weekend getaway with a group of friends. We think that once you stay here you'll want to come back again and again.

We are committed not only to our guests having an amazing time, we are also committed to keeping our place a safe space for you. We launder and bleach all linens, use antibacterial/antiallergenic pillow covers under the pillow cases, which are also bleached and washed, and we use disinfectant on all kitchen and bathroom surfaces and spray all the beds and surfaces as well as letting them air out between guests.
