Guests are given two checkout options. By default they have a discounted cleaning fee if they do a short list of checkout instructions. The second option is paying the full standard fee charged by all rentals in the area and guests can leave it as is.

Perfect little cottage, great for a weekend getaway in the mountains! Close to brevard, Hendersonville and hiking. Great hot tub and nice deck with gate for our dogs. Would absolutely recommend Wild Rock Cottage.

Wonderful secluded cabin. Perfect to relax and to take in nature. Saw a white squirrel one morning as he hung out on the deck. Loved having the hot tub for an early morning soak. Highly recommend.

Love the location! It was so quiet and peaceful, and we saw a white squirrel. It is nice to stay between Hendersonville and Brevard. We were able to visit both towns and the farms and produce stands between them. The house is comfortable and spacious. Living room furniture needs updating, but that’s my only complaint.

Short getaway for wedding

Cozy stay and great location

We had a great time and enjoyed the very clean hot tub and well equipped kitchen. The beds were a little soft for our personal taste but not too bad (I only mention it to help other firm mattress lovers out there!)

The cabin was just right for me and my wife. Everything was perfect for our weeklong get away. The cabin has all that you need to just get away from it all.

Weekend getaway

Really enjoyed our stay here, especially the hot tub and how close we were to some of the mountain trails. The road and driveway to access the house are a bit steep and tricky to navigate at first but we got used to it by the end.

Perfect place secluded in the woods of the mountain for the perfect unplugged and relaxing get away! Very peaceful and lots to do in the surrounding area/towns as well! We had a great time!

Wild Rock Cottage

Property was fantastic! Loved the location as well, super close to town and yet still out in a nice quiet area. The views were amazing and the drive was a little tight but nothing too crazy. Definitely enjoyed the stay!

the spot is wonderful especially where it is located at the top of a hill with a great view. the large hot tub looks out said great view. it's cozy central!

Weekend Getaway

Quiet cabin at the end of the road. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Our dog loved the side yard! Owners are easy to contact and house was fully stocked for our needs.

We are John and Sarah Sams. John’s family owns several vacation cottages so he is a veteran. Sarah just joined the family and looks forward to this new experience. We live close by in downtown Brevard and enjoy all the area has to offer.

Location, location, location. Wild Rock is located on a quiet street where the only cars seen are people that live in the immediate area. Lots of trees and other flora make for a peaceful getaway in nature while still being close enough to towns for anything you could need.
