The west-facing backyard, with its towering hedges, offers stunning mountain views and a variety of outdoor amenities, including a generous saltwater pool with an elevated spa, a shaded pergola, and a sprawling lawn perfect for games and relaxation. As the sun sets, the space transforms into a vibrant evening retreat, with an outdoor dining area featuring a kitchen pass-through, a gas barbecue grill, and plenty of room for poolside gatherings. A cozy fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating, lit by the soft glow of tiki torches, sets the perfect Palm Springs vibe for those cool desert nights.

Inside, the home continues to impress with a spacious kitchen that boasts ample counter space, a long breakfast bar, and a wine chiller—ideal for social cooking and entertaining. The living room, anchored by a dramatic stone fireplace, is bathed in natural light from expansive glass walls and clerestory windows. Modern, pristine interiors lead to a private wing of bedrooms, each featuring walls of glass to bring the outdoors in. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a walk-in shower, office space, and private patio for serene moments. Guest rooms, one with a queen bed, flat screen tv and the other with twin beds.

Located just 2 miles from downtown Palm Springs' vibrant hotspots and Uptown's art galleries, trendy restaurants, and vintage shops, Twin Palms Treat is perfectly situated. Even closer—only two blocks away—you’ll find East Palm Canyon, home to coffee houses and upscale dining.

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

Everything you need

House and yard were depicted as photos shown online, nicely maintained inside. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Was a nice set up to cook, they had anything 1 would need, we made several meals and used the outside grill. Neighborhood was nice to walk. Anything at all you need is nearby. The beds are low, so if you have any issues getting up or down keep that in mind, and they're very firm. The couple we traveled with slept in the bedroom with the 2 smaller beds that were softer, which was the only downside for them. All in all a wonderful property and stay.

In the heart of 50's style small homes with character. Home is well laid out and perfect for outdoor living. Close to down town restaurants. Close to great golf.

Perfect house for a family get away

The house was very comfortable for a family of 5. The neighborhood is super cute. The rooms were very comfortable and it was nice to have the office nook in the master bedroom since I still had to work a few hours in the mornings. The couch in the living room was not very cozy but we were rarely in the house so we did not need to utilize. The outdoor living space was amazing! Pool was wonderful, many hours of playing and floating. Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. Definitely want to come back again.

Twin palms

This was a great property for our family of 5 Adults and a baby. Our son, daughter in law and baby had the master suite which gave them privacy, including a separate entrance a private patio. There was a pak n play for their use. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of room. There was toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap provided. Also some cupboard essentials that are a nuisance to purchase,spices, sugar salt pepper etc. The beds and pillows are in need of updating. The pool person came twice for maintenance which was great. We had the pool heated, well worth the extra charge for December temps. Just remember you can’t heat the hot tub and the pool at the same time. We would rent here again. Such a great area to walk around and see the unique homes. We drove to Joshua tree and Indian canyon. A walk up the street to Moortens cactus garden, and Aces bar for a night out for our son and daughter in law. Jerry was our contact and met us when we arrived at the house which is a very nice touch, to show us around. Short drive from Palm Springs airport . Great home!!

Perfect place for small group

We were a group of 5 for a long weekend trip to Palm Springs over Pride. Everything was fantastic, super clean and plenty of space to spread out. Having the pool heated for an additional fee was a no brainer, since it got quite chilly at night. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

This is our 9th year staying in Palm Springs for our annual girls trip. What a house. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Spacious for our group of 5. Lots of pool mats and a perfect window from the kitchen to an outside bar for serving. Will definitely book again!!

This property is an amazing find in Palm Springs. Huge backyard with large hot tub and pool and Tiki Torches! The gas fir pit came in handy for those cooler nights. Well appointed home and kitchen. Very comfortable living within short walking distance to the ACE Hotel. Easy drive to Smoke Tree Commons, the best shopping center in town. Quick bike, LYFT or drive to downtown and all the great restaurants, bars and stores. We will be back for sure!!

My husband and I can't say enough good things about this little slice of heaven. Beautifully appointed inside and out, conveniently located to so many places/things, in a super quiet neighborhood, we could have stayed there forever! We made good use of the pool by day (be sure to have it heated for fall/winter), hot tub and firepit by night. Given how iconic the neighborhood is, make sure to take a stroll and admire all the beautiful homes. The agent set up a meeting very quickly upon our arrival to explain details about the house, plus the notebook that's provided covers literally everything you might need to know. Highly recommended!

Some friends and I stayed at this home for a birthday celebration, and had a lovely time. Pros are the privacy, the pool and hot tub combo, and the ample space. Some cons were that the check in was a little later than it states on the listing, the pool / hot tub weren't super clean (I think the pool person comes weekly), and the new Palm Springs laws make check in a little stressful (which is 100% not on the company, it's just a bit much now to deal with!). Overall, would recommend to others, a nice place.

Owners get everything right with this house

We visit Palm Springs every year and have stayed in many different houses, many of them quite lovely. While not overly showy or luxe, this house is probably my favorite. Everything about it works. Great layout, super clean, crystal clear instructions for all of the tech, tons of kitchen supplies, wonderful property, peaceful location, awesome pool and spa. It was the perfect house for my family. Highly recommended for those with young kids!

Beautiful mid century home with a comfortable living room, very well equipped kitchen and great bedrooms and baths. Wonderful Property in an exceptional location

The pictures of this property- especially the backyard area- do it justice. This is a really lovely property in a wonderful location- not only close to everything, including downtown, but also a really lovely neighborhood. Pool and spa are fantastic....wonderful views of the mountains were a nice plus. Jerry, the property manager, was nice, friendly and the once or twice I needed to call...he answers his phone. (One call was a misdial and the other was a question- either way he answers.) Property is very clean and is pretty close to perfect. Had not been in Palm Springs in many years- it was better than I remembered it. Moreover, the Twin Palms neighborhood is historic and perfectly located. In the interest of full disclosure- I am very hard to please and not easily impressed:))

Great home for a family vacation!

We spent a few days at this beautiful home and loved every minute. All day was spent in the pool, and we BBQ'd every night for dinner, then finished the even NG OFfwby the fire pit. Truly recommend this rental for anyone looking for an amazing vacation.

Gorgeous Mid Century Modern home with mountain views

Stayed here with my mother and three daughters. House was perfect in every way! Beautiful Palm Springs neighborhood, gorgeous pool and spa, roomy and beautifully decorated house equipped with everything you need. Neighborhood is close to downtown restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this house!
