When Checking In: A photo identification, $100 authorization on credit card for security deposit. (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

A $25 per day resort fee is due at check in.

Resort Fee includes WiFi, 24 hour fitness center, pools, DVD rentals, seasonal activities, garden gas grills, 24 hour lobby coffee, tea and cocoa, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.

A detailed confirmation letter with check in instructions, late arrival info, check in and out times, local info, everything you need will be sent via email once you make your final payment on the reservation. If you pay in full, we'll send the confirmation letter right away.

Room was ok, a bit high price for the lack of a bath rug and view of the parking lot. Old resort.

Unit was good size could use a extreme makeover. Shower was good size, no rug or towel to step out on. It may have been awesome some time ago. Won't be returning. Staff was very nice.

We stayed at the Ridge for a weekend, girls trip. The studio was very clean and well appointed, sofa bed comfortable, the pool also well kept and the staff friendly. Next time I would specify a second floor or golf course facing room (which I imagine would be more expensive) as our little patio and the room's sliding glass doors opened to the parking lot.

We stayed in a studio which perfectly accommodated two adults and twin 16 year olds for our two night stay. Amazing views all around. The golf course was great and they have an awesome Pro Shop.

Cancelled on us without explanation 6 days before a 2-night stay over the Christmas holidays

We had been in contact with the owner and had paid both installments of the reservation. 6 days before a 2-night stay (with family, over the xmas holidays), we received an automated email that the reservation had been cancelled and we were being refunded. No explanation was provided. While traveling, we had to find and book a new vacation rental - because this was last-minute over Christmas, it ended up costing us significantly more on top of the hassle of spending what should have been a wonderful night in California on the phone with VRBO madly trying to find alternate arrangements (VRBO was very helpful). Unimpressed, and would not book with this owner!
