Brand new Salt water Heated POOL ⭐️ This is fully renovated house with super private backyard with the truly California west coast sunset view, the home has over 1400sf and a super fun shed (playroom). Spend quality time together in the tastefully decorated living room, featuring a large flat screen Smart TV(cable and internet) and plenty of seating on a super comfortable sofa. Please message me.

Pretty and practical, the fully equipped kitchen has handsome wood cabinets, quartz counters, and full-size stainless appliances - including a gas burner stove/oven. Sip morning coffee with traditional and Keurig machines and enjoy the amazing canyon views from the breakfast nook with dining table.

Gather the whole family around the formal dining room table, where the family can enjoy a sit-down meal together.

While the kids burn some energy playing on the play house or huge backyard you can settle into one of the loungers on the deck with a good book and cold drink. Everyone will love the home’s backyard an afternoon of playing and relaxing. The back patio also has a lounge area and BBQ.


POOL GAS HEATING: is $100 to $150 (depends on the time of year, current SDGE tier pricing to heat per 24 hour period. The pool takes 24 hours to heat prior to use. We start heating before your family arrives. Cover must be on at all times.

Please note that the pool is outdoors and its heated with gas and there’s extra cost to heat the pool, if the night temperature is bellow 60F or in case of rain, cloudy days, the pool will not heat and loose heat at night, when left uncovered. We can’t keep the pool at 85Fduring the cold nights/days. (Extra cost added for heating with gas), please message me with your request before requesting the reservation, we can heat the pool during fall and winter, only if we cover. Cover must be on at all times when pool is not being used).

The home’s four bedrooms twelve eight (six adults and four children plus two babies in cribs) comfortably. May accept special requests, please message.

Master bedroom:
Elegant, the master bedroom comes with a king bed and tons of storage a large walk in closet. There’s plenty of space in the en-suite master bathroom, featuring a walk in shower.

Second bedroom:
One zero gravity adjustable queen bed with cheerful bedding.

Third bedroom:
Slumber party-ready with two over twin bunk beds (four single beds) and option to add a toddler bed.

Fourth bedroom is a queen bed with a smart 32 inches TV (cable and internet).

Full Gourmet Kitchen stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, pots, pans, place settings and serving pieces (we include spices, coffee and tea).

Gardening: garden crew comes on Saturdays to cut grass and trim bushes/clean up.

Central AC (brand new).
Oversized Jacuzzi for 12 people (brand new) must be covered when you are not using.
Brand New salt water heated pool (installed in Feb 2021).

This house is centrally located in the Clairemont area, so you'll have easy access to the shopping at Westfield UTC. There are also many dining options throughout the neighborhood so you can enjoy yourself to delicious meals as well.

Family fun beach days are just 4 miles away at La Jolla Shores Beach (best for families with little ones) Also, Torrey Pines State Reserve hosts a beach as well as miles of walking trails through protected dunes and amazing sea views.

Spend the day in Balboa Park, where we have the San Diego Zoo and many gardens and walking trails. SeaWorld is just 9 miles from the house and is great for kids and adults. Downtown San Diego is 10 miles away.
