This lovely,quaint and fun property is located a short 2 minutes drive to the beautiful safe beaches of Cowes and ten minutes walk to the centre of Cowes.

A perfect place for a family holiday! Designed to be family friendly, safe and quiet.

It is well appointed and features a beautiful interior comprising two living rooms furnished with large comfortable sofas, leather sofa and polished timber floorboards throughout. This home also boasts an open plan kitchen and dining, two bathrooms, one with a crows foot bath, a great entertaining deck equipped with an outdoor setting and a gas BBQ.

Additional features of this property include BRAND NEW air conditioning heater/cooler in the dining room and main lounge rooms, DVD player, and fully equipped laundry including dryer.

New Outdoor Spa and Deck , entertain your family with our 80m2 outdoor entertainment area, with sofa and large family table to seat the whole family.

Charming House
Great racing, weather wasn’t the best. House was charming liked the layout and we were able to walk to town. Had some nice meals at the RSL and they were well priced all in all very pleasant stay on the Island thank you for letting us book your house very pleased indeed.

A wonderful holiday home
My in-laws took our four children to stay here and they had a great time. The house was clean and very comfortable, including a selection of board games and sporting equipment to play in the garden. There was plenty of space for everyone and it is well located in Cowes. We will definitely be going back in the future!

Peaceful family getaway
Charming family home in a quiet, peaceful location. Two large open-plan living areas provide plenty of space for kids and parents to do their own thing. Lots of space outside too for bigger kids with energy to burn. Well-located close to shops and the main tourist attractions. Two bathrooms certainly came in handy. Good heating too which was appreciated on those frosty mornings. Landlord went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful holiday, including dropping off and setting up cots for our little ones which was much appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get away from it all.

Normally when I go away I still clean all the toilets, baths etc but it was so hygenic I didn't have to do a thing when I arrived. I was impressed by the quality of the products in the house. Not a slapped together holiday house but one that has been carefully planned with alot of thought put into it. I was quite impressed and would definately go again, you feel at home! but away from home.............Thanks

Charming, easy and sll around delightful
The house truly lives up to its name. It's truly charming, well stocked and makes an encredibly enjoyable holiday. It's in a beautiful area of Cowes with very quiet neighbours. Matthew made the whole checkin process simple, was friendly and responded to queries promptly. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Cowes.

The property had a lot of charm which we really loved. The host was great at communicating and we had a very comfortable enjoyable stay. Our dog was very happy and garden was very safe for her to roam around.

Wonderful stay
We had a fabulous stay in this cute Edwardian cottage on Phillip Island. A great location, close enough to walk into town or the beach. Matthew, was a welcoming and generous host who was lovely to deal with. The house was spacious and clean. The new deck at the back was massive and great for entertaining a large group. We can’t wait come back to use that spa!

Excellent week
Thanks to the owners for sharing this lovely cottage, which was perfect for our family of two adults and three teenagers. It was clean, large, airy and comfortable and only a ten minute walk to the Cowes foreshore for breakfast, coffee and jetty-jumping for the kids. Nothing to fault. Maybe a dishwasher would have been a bonus for an exhausted mum! We'll be back.
