Disfruta del sonido de la relajación en nuestra hermosa villa frente al mar

Este condominio de dos habitaciones tiene todas las comodidades que necesita para que su estadía en Isle of Palms sea inolvidable. Nuestro condominio es ideal para familias, a pocos pasos de la piscina y la playa. El condominio está ubicado en el primer piso (un tramo de escalones a la puerta principal y al camino de acceso a la playa). La King Master Suite tiene un baño privado con ducha y un segundo dormitorio con dos camas Queen y un baño completo adjunto. La cocina es totalmente funcional con nevera, microondas, estufa y lavavajillas. La cocina está equipada con utensilios, copas de vino y una cafetera Keurig y regular. El salón es cómodo con muchos asientos para relajarse y disfrutar de una película después de un largo día en la playa.

Wild Dunes es un complejo privado y cerrado con servicios para todas las edades. Pase el día relajándose junto a la piscina, construyendo castillos de arena en la playa, perfeccionando su swing en el famoso campo de golf, jugando tenis o corriendo y montando su bicicleta en senderos dedicados.

Preferimos reservar por un mínimo de cinco noches en los meses de junio, julio y agosto.

No se permiten mascotas ni fumar. El check-in es a las 3pm. La salida es a las 11 a.m. Envíe un correo electrónico sobre alojamientos especiales.

I had to reach out to the host to get specific instructions on entry. The absolute bare minimum of amenities. They did not even provide soap. The sheets did not fit on the primary bed. We had to make the bed ourselves. The bed was extremely flat and uncomfortable. There was hair stick in two of the the towels we used. Just overall attention to detail

Weekend Wedding Stay

We needed somewhere to stay while in town for a family wedding. Owners were very easy to communicate with, the unit was quite & in a great location.

Wonderful location ! Condo is in major need of upgrades/update. Dust bunnies under the beds. So many things need cleaning. Linens need to be replaced. The address was wrong to find the condo. Had to drive around searching just to find out that address was posted wrong. All in all a major disappointment. Location was a saving grace.

Great location, a bit dated

Great location, a bit dated but functional. Kitchen well-stocked with basics. The living room seating is very worn and uncomfortable, otherwise, furniture is comfortable. The bathrooms smelled strongly of mildew, visable mildew on shower tile and shower head.

Ideal location

We enjoyed our stay in this location as the condo has a perfect view of the beach and right next to the pool. Due to being a ground level condo, you exit to the beach super easy without many stairs which was awesome! The owner is great with communication! We had a minor HVAC issue and the owner was prompt and solved quickly. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated the extra items on hand (ie. Toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc) it was very helpful to be ready to go on arrival. We would absolutely stay here again. The location is ideal!

Mother Daughter Trip 2022

The property was amazing! Everything went great from experience at entry gate to host contact (very fast reply) on through check out. This condo is one of the best stocked I've stayed at. The view of ocean was beautiful from the balcony. It's nicely furnished, and everything worked! I would definitely recommend staying at this lovely quiet place. Thanks Robert!

New Years 2022

We often vacation at Wild Dunes (20+ years). This unit was clean, well appointed and lots of storage. Owner was very professional and responsive. Highly recommend!

Love the sunrise view

Positives: Great porch to watch sunrise, easy walk to beautiful beach, great coffee pot(no filters) Barest of basics provided. Negatives: Master bdrm bedding is shabby, dishes mis-matched, few towels provided, hair dryer is laughable (for a doll?),bathroom sink drain/stopper not functional, front door locking mechanism disassembled, parking challenging because of maintenance trucks at building. Basics like coffee table in living area, rug for cold tile floor in Master, functional corkscrew all missing. I hesitate to write a bad review because there are positive aspects, however, travelers have come to expect VRBO to meet or exceed the standards they have in their own homes. In this case the condo seemed to be clean & safe. Decor & furnishings were disappointing and need to be upgraded to current renters' expectations.

Birthday Getaway

My husband and I came down to celebrate my birthday at our favorite seafood restaurant. This condo was so nice! Perfect, quiet location! Very relaxing getaway! It was nice to be able to walk to the beach from the deck! The property owners made the check in process so easy! I will definitely keep this one on our list for future visits!

WD is always wonderful but...

We have been coming to WD for 25+ yrs, and have stayed at 10+ different complex's, with multiple units in most. This was our first time to Summerhouse. The complex & unit are in a great location, close to and a nice view of the ocean. Easy access in and out of the unit from the parking lot. The unit itself is not "over advertised", so no issues there. But it is in serious need of updating as many in WD are. Some updating has been done, but not much. Beds/bedding are worn out, furniture is way on the "inexpensive" side. Double row of BIG rivets on the chair arms??? Very uncomfortable on the arms and elbows! Sleeper couch with the bedding removed, fine, but now it slants down at a 15Deg angle to the floor. The kitchen supplies were minimal at best. All in all, it was still a 3.5 out of 5 because of the price and location. Again, no issues with how the unit is advertised. If you pay a little more, you probably/might get better. The owner also was very responsive to my questions.

It was very nice except for a lot of little things: No batteries in the tv remote, no battery case covers on the xfinity remote and front door smart lock. a mix-mash of hangers (most from the 1980s), a random mix of dishes, bowls, and flatware, and 2nd bedroom light switch not working, Spending a few hundred dollars and doing a regular, thorough inspection of the unit would bring it up to first class standards.

Amazing Condo in an extraordinary neighborhood

This Condo is amazing. Beautifully decorated , everything you need iis provided, direct access to the beach. Plenty of Parking. Very Safe. Make sure you have your food before you go through the guard house at entry because it is a bit of a drive back into town But well worth it Will definitely be back to the area and to this Summerhouse Condo

Fun weekend just the girls

We had a fun girls weekend and the condo was the perfect size and location. Beautiful view! We had a small glitch with the door lock at check in but the owner quickly helped us. No problem. The beach was so wide and gorgeous. Plenty of dining options too. Would def stay here again!

Easter weekend

Perfect location for a weekend getaway. Wild Dunes is 25 minutes outside of Charleston and this property had beautiful views and easy beach access. IOP has great local restaurants or take an easy drive in Charleston for dinner. We loved our stay and plan to return.
