Un bagno con 2 camere da letto e bagno ben aggiornato in un duplex di proprietà privata, a una strada di distanza dalla splendida sabbia bianca e dall'acqua turchese di Bradenton Beach!

Tropicale, arredamento da spiaggia in un duplex molto curato, molto pulito con tutti i comfort di casa meno la neve.

Splendido nuovo nel 2017, piscina riscaldata 32 'x 13'. Questa è una piscina in cui puoi effettivamente nuotare, non una piscina. Avrai anche un uso illimitato di una vasca idromassaggio. Ci sono 2 vasche idromassaggio integrate nell'area della piscina, quindi il tuo noleggio arriverà con la tua vasca idromassaggio designata. La piscina è condivisa con i proprietari (e mai un altro affittuario) da ottobre a maggio e privata per gli affittuari da giugno a settembre. E la parte migliore è ...
al momento della stesura di questo articolo, siamo l'unico pool dell'isola con un sistema a basso contenuto di cloro. Nessuna paura di immergersi nel cloro tossico. Pelle, polmoni e occhi non saranno irritati con questo sistema igienico-sanitario all'avanguardia a base di perossido di idrogeno. Google Clear Comfort per maggiori informazioni sul nostro sistema.

TV via cavo, internet, lavanderia in loco, parcheggio fuori strada. Tutti gli arredi, stoviglie, biancheria da letto di pentole, asciugamani, teli mare, sedie da spiaggia e un carrello da spiaggia forniti per un soggiorno spensierato.

Large Family Vacation

Ages 25-55. We had a great time. We cooked, beached it and used the pool. Rode our bikes to Holmes Beach and Bridge Street. Great location. Jen the host was very helpful. It felt like a home away from home.

Another outstanding stay !

We had another wonderfully relaxing week at this beautiful property. Given what the island has been thru with the hurricanes, this property was better than ever ! The owner is lovely and readily available, but honestly we had no issues. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and accommodations. The lovely Bradenton beach is just one block away, and the owner provides all the needed beach paraphernalia. Definitely will be back !

Best Pool

Back to our favorite house on Anna Maria for the third time! We love the warm pool and the hot hot tubs. They just make it so easy to entertain the kids and they come in handy if you get a chilly day or two. I am impressed with how far everyone on the island has come since the hurricanes last fall. All our favorite spots were open for business.

Wonderful stay

We had a great week here. The pool is fantastic and the walk to the beach is only a couple of minutes. The beach cart and gear were so appreciated. The owner is very nice and helpful. Loved our first visit to AMI!

Beautiful location

Wonderful apartment with all amenities. Clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. One block from beach and the lovely Gulf. Owner attentive and available (though we really had no issues). Looking forward to returning next year.

Everything you need

This is a great property, easy walk to the beach. All beach items included and the beach wagon is a big bonus! The unit is clean and has everything you need. Definitely recommend!

Beach House review

Top notch property. Perfect location on quaint Anna Maria Island. Property decorated beautifully with all amenities needed for our stay. Host was readily available and helpful. Pool was a great addition to our stay despite how close the beach was....we enjoyed both immensely. We would definitely stay at this property again (and hope to next year !)

Little hidden gem

Our family of four absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The size of the house was perfect. Clean. Plenty of towels and beach stuff. Kitchen very well equipped. We loved the pool and ping pong table. Very short walk to the beach, Publix three minutes away, free trolley stop right there. Jennifer was very responsive.

Great Location With Easy Access to the Beach

The location was perfect for beach access, we walked miles of sandy scoreline with blue water. With no public parking for the beach there was only the residences of the beach area. We enjoyed watching the sunsets in the chairs provided and swimming in the gulf. The pool however was dirty and the hot tub cold. There is a nice set of washer/dryers for doing laundry. The living area was adequate, but the refrigerator lacked an ice maker and none of the ice trays were filled. The refrigerator was dirty and rusty. The one bathroom lacked a fan, so it made showering steamy. The light in the bathroom is outside the tub so dark when you shower at night. Had to tighten the toilet seat into place. The bedrooms are adequate, however the light on the fan in the second bedroom flashes off and on with the switch on, made me uncomfortable. The air intake for the HVAC system was very dirty. I have pictures. Parking was adequate. We enjoyed the beach. Location is well centered on the island and close to stores.

This was the perfect location for our family. Easy access to beach, a wonderful pool/hot tub. The owner thought of everything one could need for the beach or pool. A bonus was the garage that walks out to pool area equipped with living room area, tv, mini fridge and ping pong table. Our evenings were spent there.Highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back.

Perfect location

Our group of family and friends had an amazing stay! House was perfect for 2 groups. Pool was perfect and all the beach gear made the trip even easier! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great In Every Way

We stayed in a family vacation after our youngest son graduated from university. The duplex was amazing, the location was even better. The pool, the cleanliness.. all of it was perfect in very way! We will be back and can’t recommend highly enough!

Excellent Experience

The property was just like the pictures, clean, nice layout, easy to get to and from the beach. The duplex setup allowed our older children to have a place to retreat to from the rest of the family and yet close enough to know everyone was together. The house is so close to the beach and yet, on a quieter side street which was great as we still have little kids as well. Jen was a great host and communicated well with us. I would highly recommend staying here and will hopefully be back.

Beautiful property!

This stunning property was the perfect place for our vacation to the island. Conveniently located near shopping, gorgeous beaches and the Island trolley stop. The property was fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The host is quick to respond to your questions and was very welcoming. We would definitely book another vacation at the beautiful Flamingo property! need ever need sorting your stay.

A True Vacation

While searching for a vacation getaway follow a busy year that can not be described, we came across this listing that had dozens of reviews and an average rating of 10/10. Nothing is perfect! But, we decided to give it a go......since we don't stay anywhere that's not in the HIGH 9's. Well, 10/10 is it! The place was wonderful! The host stayed in touch with us throughout our stay, updating us on everything! The location was perfect, as were the accommodations. This was the MOST relaxing vacation I can remember. Every VRBO host could learn from Jenn. She has it figured out. Thank you Miss Jenn.......and we will be back!

Relaxing stay!

Our visit to Anna Maria Island was wonderful ! Our rental was just as described and could not be more perfect for my family. The house is close to the beach and the pool was so relaxing. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

It's a pretty building that's been tastefully renovated with a great open concept in both units. It's close to the beach and the bay and Anna Maria is the coolest place to be with so much to do and see. I have installed a decent sized pool with hot tub(s) in the back yard as well a first floor family rec room adjacent to the pool. This was a great property upon my purchase in 2016 and I feel I have made it even better.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Conveniently located between the Cortez bridge and the Anna Maria Island bridge in a safe neighborhood with all that Anna Maria has to offer. There is no public beach parking near this home which means this part of the beach is never too crowded. It's also a pretty drive along Long Boat Key to get to St. Armands circle in Sarasota to shop and dine in style.
