About the owner: Real estate has been by life for the last 13 years. Originally from Columbia, SC, I grew up visiting Charleston all my life and even went to College of Charleston for a couple years. Married to my beautiful wife of 9 years and have a 7-year-old and a 3-year-old.

123 East Ashley is a wonderful location in that once you park you don't have to drive again. Local 24 hour grocery / convenience store is right across the street. Beach access is 200 steps away and local shopping, bars and restaurants are only 1 block down the street.
