This Coronado gem will be available for 2025 summer or 2025/2026 school years and beyond. Meticulous attention to detail has restored this home to a "brand-new" status. Nothing has been ignored and you won't be disappointed. Fully furnished and well-appointed. Now accepting applications and reservations for July 2025 and beyond. Full summer months and repeated school year months are available. Long term options available.

4 br/3 ba home w/1car garage. Built-in cabinetry and plenty of storage throughout. Prime location and close to shops, restaurants, parks, library, schools, police/fire, bay/beaches and everything Coronado has to offer. Easy access on and off the island. Fireworks galore from all levels.

Utilities, high speed WIFI, and Spectrum Cable TV are included for short term rentals less than 90 days. School year and long term rentals assume all utilities. There is a $350 monthly gas/electric and $100 water cap on short term rentals. Averages are much less and only in place for abuse of property. Sleeps up to 9.

Monthly Rates vary depending on time of year and length of stay. Professional weekly cleaning services are available upon request and required for monthly stays beyond 30 days.

High end- 4 passenger golf cart w/surf rack, radio and storage available upon request. (Converts to 2 passengers with truck bed)
