Goditi un soggiorno rilassante nel nostro splendido condominio, Casa Del Mar, e ammira le viste mozzafiato del tramonto.

Che tu rimani un giorno o due o qualche settimana, non appena apri la porta della tua unità, saprai che sei in vacanza.
Camera accogliente e confortevole con letto queen size, cucina aggiornata e elettrodomestici in acciaio inox completamente attrezzata con tutto quello che serve per quelle notti che si desidera mangiare. Vista sull'acqua dal balcone. TV a schermo piatto in salotto è disponibile per catturare i tuoi spettacoli preferiti o pop in un DVD e godersi la notte del cinema. Il condominio ha anche la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita. Rilassatevi sotto uno degli ombrelli tiki e correte le dita attraverso la sabbia in polvere morbida. Puoi anche catturare un delfino o due passando per la bellissima Tampa Bay. È possibile grigliare alla griglia all'aperto barbecue o accogliere in su la sera dalla fossa del fuoco.
La community della Waterport di Sailport offre una grande piscina con bar a bordo piscina per bevande e snack, macchine per il fitness all'aperto e beach volley. Quando soggiornate a Casa Del Mar, potrete usufruire delle nostre biciclette e gustare una bicicletta.
Se sei un fan sportivo, beach bum, foodie o acquirente competitivo, hai tutto in 10 minuti. Vieni per la formazione di primavera per guardare la tua squadra preferita se i suoi Yankees, Blue Jays o Phillies, sarete solo pochi minuti da tutti. C'è molto da fare. È possibile andare a un concerto presso l'arena o Busch Gardens. Godetevi una giornata in spiaggia a Clearwater Beach o alla spiaggia di Madiera e fare una passeggiata sul lungomare di Johns Pass Village.

Can’t beat the view

We had a beautiful sunset with dolphins swimming by. Cannot beat it! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing 2 night stay!

A true gem of relaxtion. Perfect condo for a family of 4. The perfect way to start your vacation watching Dolphins. The owners are amazing and friendly. Beautiful condo I cant wait to return. Thanks for the last min accomidations. Ty

Perfect spot to stay when touring U of Tampa & Florida Southern College! Enjoyed views, pool, and convenience of poolside bar and grill. Didn't figure out how to convert sofa bed till 2nd night though... LOL!

Friendly resort

The condo was charming and the owners were very accommodating. The reason I didn't give it a 5 was the location. The view and resort were nice but we couldn't walk anywhere. We were hoping to rent bikes but couldn't find any rentals. I would like to see the resort property recycle as well.

Great location and amenities

Less than 10 minutes fro the airport and directly on Tampa Bay. View from balcony was lovely. The pool was great and the little restaurant/bar was very convenient with a super friendly server, Hayley. Christine Delgado was gracious to let us check in early. We certainly appreciated that. The unit was very clean. The only negative was that the bed was not firm enough for our preferences. Would recommend this unit.

Nice contemporary apartment with great view

My husband and I stayed here for five nights and found it perfect for our needs. The apartment is in a mid-rise condo complex overlooking the bay. You will have access to the pool as well as other amenities. The weather was cool and cloudy for most of our stay so we did not use the pool,, but it looked great and would certainly be an asset in nice weather.The apartment itself was well-stocked with the necessities. It was very comfortable and quiet.It also is near major highways with ready access to downtown Tampa.

Overall Great experience !

Overall we had a great stay… My only reason for giving a four-star is because the ad included two bicycles but the bicycles were not usable… Both had flat tires and extremely rusty and old bikes. This was one thing I had specifically asked about and was pretty disappointed we were unable to use either bicycle on our trip. I would advise taking the bicycles off of your ad or replacing them with some usable rideable bikes. Our only other complaint would be that the small white couch/day bed was not very comfortable at all . Other than those two things the suite was very nice and very clean… The pool and the restaurant on site we're both really great ! You definitely need to rent a car for this location but very easy access to both Clearwater and Saint Petersburg. We thought the price was very reasonable for what it all included as well… Very cutely decorated very nice TV's and just little things that made our stay very enjoyable . Awesome views and amazing sunsets… This suite overlooks the water and pool so it was really great to sit out on the balcony at nights and watch the sunset !

Could have been a better experience

From the moment we walked into the unit it was one thing after another during our stay. From coming into a unclean place (full trash cans, dirty towels, dishes and cups in the cabinets that were dirty so much so that we went out and bought paper and plastic plates and utensils, etc.), to a cabinet door falling off onto my foot, to a broken bed, to a different guest at the resort trying to get into our place and then passing out in his own vomit a few steps away shortly there after (and us having to call the ambulance)...it was not the first impression I had hoped for after traveling all day to get there for our short trip. That said, the owner was responsive to each issue and did what she could to make it better and seemed as upset as I was. But it definitely took away from the "relaxing" few days I had hoped for on my 40th birthday "getaway". Sorry for the review but honesty is important to me and this was my experience. I'm thinking and hoping for others sake it was just a one time "off" visit because the resort itself was very nice and the ammenities were great as well.

Great Visit

Property was clean, quiet and offered a comfortable stay. Nice to have all the necessary amenities. Great view of water and Courtney Campbell Causeway. Close to everything we wanted to do, would stay again!

Perfect stay.

Had a great time. Not only is the listing accurate the place was very clean and the surrounding area is amazing. Great place for a get away! Owners were very responsive and answered any/all question. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

Great except no tech was working.

Beautiful view and comfortable place. TVs didn’t work and the WiFi was too weak to use. Those were a bummer but if it weren’t for that, I’d give it 5 stars.

My stay at Sailport

The owners are great and easy to get ahold of but the property is a little out dated, the bed was very uncomfortable and the wifi service wasn’t that great besides that we had a good time had a good view by the water

Great location and bar

So all and all we enjoyed the stay but we no access to good TV, the sound didn't work and it was stuck on Steve Harvey network, not that we needed it but it's nice to have when you goto bed . The restroom had a used towel on the floor that was gross looking. The bedroom closet doors were both off track as well. Small items I realize but still. We also found if you order the unit or a different one through the actual business you could save half your money. Now with all that negative we really did enjoy the pool and pool bar. The food was fabulous and quick. The sunsets were amazing. The location to Clearwater and all the beaches made it a perfect spot. We would recommend but just would book a different way or would need assured that things would be on point, especially for the money I spent.

Great spot to relax for a few days

It was just what I was looking for: a modern space to relax and go to the pool or beach for a few days without having to drive. The pool bar was fun and food tasty, there’s a beach close by (didn’t go), and the apartment had most everything you need for a short stay. Bottle of wine was nice touch. I loved that there was a comfy robe to use. A few small things would have been nice like a pot holder for the oven or creamers for coffee, but overall not a problem.

Great property

My husband and I booked for a football game and long weekend away. The property was amazing with a lot to do and a beautiful view! I would highly recommend!

Get away

My husband and I stayed at this location for a late anniversary getaway. Its was super easy to book and was exactly as pictured. We told the property owners that we were celebrating our anniversary and they left a bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift which we really enjoyed. There was a nice rooftop bar across the street at another hotel we visited and the Rusty Pelican was a very nice restaurant both in walking distance of the property. We did end up renting a car to get to the beach and to enjoy some other things in Tampa. Over all we had a really great experience and would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice low key getaway. There were also lots of families that stay at this location so it also works well for families and groups.

We knew right away we wanted to own this condo unit and share it with visitors so they too could appreciate the beautiful Tampa Bay. We named it Casa Del Mar because of the breathtaking views of the water and bridge.
