The living areas and master bedroom feature dramatic vaulted ceilings while the lanai has expansive views of the Pacific Ocean along the Kona and Kohala coasts. You’ll experience many spectacular ocean sunsets while relaxing on this comfortable lanai.

202 is fully furnished, with plenty of quality linens and towels, and equipped in every way. The bedrooms feature top quality beds. The kitchen has everything a cook could want or need. 202 has cable TV, DVD and VCR (many current movie videos and DVDs provided), Tape and CD stereo player (a number of Hawaiian music CDs provided), Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Iron and Ironing Board, Snorkels, Fins, and much more. Because it’s a top floor villa 202 is very quiet.

Waikoloa Villas is centrally located and provides easy driving distances to many of the Big Island’s attractions. ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay and the Waikoloa Resort area, where you can enjoy snorkeling along coral reefs, walks along a mile long white sand beach or secluded coves, among rows of coconut palms and along ancient Hawaiian fishponds, are just ten minutes away.

At the Waikoloa Resort you can also take a daytime or sunset sailing cruise, a whale watching expedition, a ride in a glass bottom boat, or go on a snorkeling or diving adventure. The Waikoloa Resort also offers fine dining and great shopping at the Kings’ Shops and Queen's Market Place open air plazas. Swimming with dolphins and helicopter rides are also close by.

The many other beaches along the Kohala Coast, including the #1 beach in the US, are all just a short drive from 202. About A. J.

I moved to the Big Island from California twenty years ago and I've enjoyed every day here. The many large or small private beaches, the mountains, the great weather, the ocean, racing in large or small Hawaiian canoes, snorkeling along the reefs, fishing along the coast or hiking in the mountains, performances at the Kahilu Theatre in Waimea, all the fine restaurants, the farmers' markets, there is always something different to do.

Why A. J. chose Waikoloa Village

I chose the Waikoloa/Kohala area for my home and the condos because of the great weather and the proximity to the Waikoloa/Kohala beaches which are unsurpassed on the Big Island and certainly some of the best anywhere. I bought condos close to my home so that I can ensure that the condos and everything in them are in top condition at all times. Plus, I'm close by if needed for any reason, even if just to answer questions about the area or give directions, etc.

What makes this condo unique

I occasionally spend an evening at the condos because they're close to my home and to make sure that everything is as I would want it to be if I were a guest there.

We have been to the Big Island many times and have stayed in AJ's condo a few times, all with excellent experiences. He pays attention to the up keep, keeps renters very well informed and generally provides a great experience. All in all anytime we are in the Kona / Waikoloa area we would certainly stay at his condo.

It is also a great location from which to travel around the rest of the Big Island.=

Superb Home on Waikoloa Village Golf Course

Our 5 night stay in this good-sized unit was most enjoyable. Over-all, it was clean and well-decorated. The view was terrific. Beds were top-notch. Very happy with the Village and their several restaurants, as well as the location of community for touring the nw part of the Island. We'd return with no hesitation. Owner was helpful and open to suggestions.

We had a lovely stay at this condo. We especially liked being away from traffic and noise, but close enough that we could get to everything. We were able to explore much of the north part of the island and all along the Kona coast. The condo had everything we needed and the owner left great detailed instructions about grocery shopping, and other details that you need when you are unfamiliar with an area. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was just like described on VRBO. It was clean and welcoming! It had everything my family needed to make our stay very comfortable. AJ is very nice and made early check in and late check out for us possible, which was very helpful to us. The condo is big enough to host a family of four comfortably. We loved our stay at B202 - ALOHA! 🙂

Lovely Condo

My husband I and recently spent ten days in AJ's Condo at the Waikaloa Village. We were greeted with a welcoming supply of coffee, bottled water and energy bars! The condo is clean and homey and the view from the lanai is a lovely combination of golf course and distant ocean. Sunsets are an event not to be missed. AJ advertises the condo as a one bedroom, but the loft bedroom is a full bedroom/bathroom that most condo owners advertise as their second bedroom. The Waikaloa Village is a quaint town 6 miles from the ocean. In multiple visits, we've found it to be less humid than the coast and cooler at night for comfortable sleeping without air conditioning. It is an easy drive to one of the world's greatest beaches, Hapuna as well as multiple golf courses. This condo is a great value, not fancy, but clean and decent....did I mention the lovely lanai?? AJ was easy to work with and helped make our visit a success. I would love to come back.

Terrific spot for stay on the Big Island

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in February and thoroughly enjoyed everything. We come to the Big Island quite frequently but this was our first time staying in Waikoloa. We loved the location. It was quiet, close to the great beaches in this part of the island and less hectic (much less traffic!) than locations in Kailua or Keauhou. The unit was well-appointed and had everything one could possibly need. Clear directions both to find the unit and to take advantage of everything provided inside were provided along with tips related to shopping and other practical aspects. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want for cooking and we greatly appreciated the coffee and other snacks that were provided. The owner was very responsive (but not in the least intrusive). The internet worked well and connection was very easy. This is a great unit and easily has enough room for two couples or a family. I would definitely consider this location and property for your vacation. You won't be disappointed!

AJ's condo

My wife and I rented this condos as we were closing on our new home just about 1.5 miles away. The condo was clean and well stocked and we found everything to be functional. One of my favorite things was being able to take just a short walk to the hot tub. pool and grill where we enjoyed several meals. It was easy to dispose of the trash as it was just on the way to the parking lot. They even have bins for recycling. The almost constant breeze make it very comfortable. We have a home here now and will not be using AJ's but we will happily recommend it to our friends. A very good value.
