This property was even more beautiful than the photos. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one was, by far, the best. Everything you could possibly need was provided and easy to find. The views were amazing and the hot tub was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 5 enjoyed the stay. The views were breathtaking and we were even able to spot whales and dolphins from the upper deck. The house was clean and well stocked with the supplies we needed. It was a very relaxing trip, and we enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the ocean every morning.

We could not have been happier with our rental. The house was immaculate and the views even more impressive than shown in the pictures. This is by far the best rental we have had in our many years of using VRBO. We are already looking forward to going back to the same property in the future.

Beautiful & relaxing getaway

My husband and I stayed here with our three 18-21 year old kids & labrador retriever and had a wonderful time. The constant sound of the waves crashing against the beach lulled us to sleep. It's a beautiful, pet friendly home and is just 15 minutes from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and about 45 to the Monterey Bay aquarium.

Great Stay Overlooking Ocean!

Really great property! Hot tub and deck overlooking the ocean- pretty spectacular. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Easy walk down to the beach too! Nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms.

Peaceful Retreat in Aptos

The location is peaceful quiet and relaxing. You can hear the ocean waves from the house! The house was clean and comfortable and truly a retreat.

Breathtaking Location

This beautiful home is located in a neighborhood within walking distance to Seacliff State Beach. The views from the home are gorgeous. The home itself is nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Our family had a very enjoyable stay and hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

My favorite beach house

This house will always be my preferred choice when renting in Aptos/Capitola. It’s well worth the price. House is super clean and the view of the ocean is perfect. Can’t ask for a better place to stay.

Beautiful Retreat!

We had a wonderful family vacation. A beautiful location with a lot of space to visit and play games. The property has anything you could possibly need. The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the extra bedding and pillows which allowed us to keep the windows open and listen to the ocean. We were very impressed and will definitely be back!

Just right

We had 7 women staying for an annual gathering. This house provided the ideal environment for us! It had excellent gathering spaces, comfortable beds, enough bathroom space :-) interesting architecture and ocean sounds to put us to sleep.

Joy and Fun

The house was lovely in every way. Lots of interesting lighting in surprising places, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay---inside and outside the property. Very well maintained, including a functioning kitchen with the necessary tools and equipment.

The house was great and views are amazing...definitely the best part. Also hearing the ocean was wonderful. Nice walk to the beach. There was construction going being done on the house across the street, so that did wake us up. Pet hair in the master bedroom and throughout the house, not major but was noticeable. Also dog poo in the gravel area under the tree. We did not bring a dog. Would have loved to stay longer.
