- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.

Our home is a family residence, and shall not be used for parties or large gatherings. Renter must stay in home with guests for duration of rental.
Return signed agreement, copy of drivers license, & complete list of all guests' names and ages staying on property to complete reservation.

About Tom and Wendy Mueller
We are from the St. Louis, MO area, and just like many families in the STL, our family has been vacationing on Florida's Emerald Coast for over 20 years. Nine years ago we decided to embark on a new adventure and began the process of building our vacation home. Cloud Nine was completed on August 1, 2016. We have been making priceless memories ever since and are more in love with the area than ever!
Why Tom and Wendy Mueller chose Seacrest Beach
We fell in love with the pedestrian lifestyle of Seacrest Beach and the surrounding areas of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach! Once you are settled for the week with groceries, you won't need your car. Walk or bike to local restaurants, shops or the luxury resort pool. Call the tram or walk four blocks to the beach. Seacrest Sundries is a perfect little shop to pick up the odds and ends that you may need during the week. Riding bikes along Scenic Highway 30A towards the coastal dune lakes is amazing! If you venture a little further, the shops and restaurants at Seaside are always great to experience.
What makes this House unique
Our home is newly constructed in 2016 - and it lives well! Not only will 16 guests sleep comfortably, they will also be able to visit comfortably. And, find a little quiet space when needed! Our large outdoor storage located next to our outdoor shower is great for storing coolers and beach gear. The unique cubbie area near the rear entry is the perfect place to leave beach bags and flip flops - keeping your vacation organized. The living room, third floor recreation room, and four porches provide plenty of places for small groups to splinter off when they need a little time away from the rest of the group! Relaxing on the third floor deck and watching the sunset over the rooftops is a perfect way to end a day at the beach!
