This is a beautifully appointed two bedroom condo right on the beach. Enjoy magnificent views from the third floor overlooking the ocean waves, the boardwalk and the famous Crystal Pier. A large secure patio is perfect for people watching, sun bathing, or napping overlooking the surf and ocean. Spa and Sauna! Secured Garage Private Parking Spot. Kitchen is truly a dream supplied with every gadget for a gourmet meal for those wanting dine in overlooking ocean waves.

Park your car in the secure attached garage and never have to drive anywhere for restaurants, groceries and shopping. Just minutes from every major San Diego attraction, including downtown's Gas Lamp Quarter, Sea World, La Jolla and the Zoo.

Condo is beautifully decorated and newly refurbished with a fully-equipped spacious kitchen.
When booking our home at the beach please reflect the correct number of guests who will be occupying, up to a total of 4. There is our lowest price for two guests, and an additional fee of $30 per night per guest.

A filled out and signed "reservation request" is to be submitted by guest, including address and places of employment of guests.
Before check out take out trash to listed trash chutes, empty refrigerator. No other cleaning tasks are required.

You couldn’t ask for a better spot in Pacific Beach. The location is unbeatable—steps from the ocean and surrounded by all the best shops and restaurants. Absolutely great place in a great location. Everything you need is within walking distance. The unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. This place is in a great location. Nearby restaurants and shops. Steps away from the beach. The only downside is the loud bar nearby, but the owner was very upfront about it and we just wore ear plugs at night!

Beautiful Beach Property

Returned, yet again, to this beautiful condo in Pacific Beach!! The place is gorgeous, always immaculate, beds are incredible comfy (sleep like a dream) and the bedding is high end! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to make meals if you choose. The owner was incredibly helpful too. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and activities. I recommend renting bikes downstairs, eating at Kono’s and spending a day at Belmont Park! HIGHLY recommend this place. We will be back again!

Summer vacation 2020

We had an amazing stay! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, people watching and enjoying the cool weather and ocean views. The best part was waking up the smell of Kono’s Cafe from across the street. Perfect location!

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying in this condo. We enjoyed it so much last time that we decided to stay again a year later. The condo is very comfortable and well-stocked and the location is perfect. The owner is super easy to communicate with and very friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Love this place!

We are return renters to this beautiful condo and truly feel like it’s a little piece of home away from home. When the bed is right…and it is truly so comfortable with great sheets and bedding…it’s easy to feel at home. We love that so many great restaurants are in walking distance but if you choose to stay in; the kitchen is fully stocked and so so easy to cook in! The view of the ocean is unbelievable and the sound of ocean waves at night is so peaceful. The owner responds quickly and is very accommodating! We will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great beach getaway with luxurious amenities.

Wonderful property and location!

Our stay at Gary’s property was excellent! The condo was spacious and welcoming. The balconies had a beautiful view of the ocean! We were in walking distance of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
