Home sleeps up to 8 people. 2/2.5 - our property is uniquely situation less than a mile from Becker Vineyards in the Heart of the 290 Wine Trail. Cabins available on site for larger parties. A beautifully renovated home on a working farm. Complete with country charm, quiet surroundings, breezy afternoons & adequate amenities for your groups - big or small. Home has a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with showers and a half bath. Private hot tub and large back yard provides plenty of entertainment for your friends and family.

House Needs Love and Attention

Hi VBRO. Our stay was ok, but not great. Tough part is that my friend was not a big VBRO fan, and this stay didn't help show the experiences that I have had. From smoke detectors not working, to finding underwear and clothes in the unit, to not having properly locked doors was a safety issue. Although the owner was prompt on a resolution, the resolution on the locked doors and finding keys stuck in the door was inconvenient. In addition, the hot tub was filthy (lots sand everywhere inside), vents needed to be cleaned, no microwave was present, light bulbs were burnt out, and we killed 7 scorpions walking around which was unpleasant. Fortunately, no one was stung. This wasn't our greatest experience and unsure what to do next here. Should we reach out to the home owner? Please advise. I have pictures if it helps. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to weigh in here. Dale

Wonderful relaxing stay

We loved our time at this property. Woke up to sheep grazing next door. Saw a few deer as well. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets. Loved the hot tub. Great place to stay!

Charming, Comfortable & Quiet

Cute and comfortable home a little outside of Fredericksburg but perfectly located to wineries. Enjoyed staying with my Mother and sisters. The fireplace was wonderful as well as the hot tub! Our host, took very good care of us and was easy to communicate with. She even brought us some delicious cheesecake. Looking forward to our next stay!

Hello! I'm just a "local" girl, living the dream in the Texas Hill Country. In 2012, my husband and I came back to my childhood home of Fredericksburg to lay down some roots! The community was, and still is, a beautiful place to raise children and invest in our future. Working just down the road from the property at Becker Vineyards, we knew that the location would be PERFECT for a pleasant and comfortable rental property! We hope you enjoy the wide open spaces offered with this rental, including a nearly mile-long walking trail, bird-watching opportunities (including cardinals, titmouse, red-winged blackbird, hummingbirds, and more).
