DETAILS: Enjoy an exceptional mountain escape at Helios 11N, a 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom Mammoth Lakes townhome that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Nestled a short walk from the lively events, restaurants, and shopping at The Village, this dog-friendly retreat offers a convenient location for exploring. Community amenities include access to a recreation center with a shared hot tub, sauna, racquetball court, and ping-pong tables. Spend Summer days on the fairways, taking sunlit swims, and hiking scenic trails. In the Winter, there’s skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, and more to try. After a busy day on the slopes or lakes, guests will love relaxing on the porch or by the cozy fireplace.


Matching Adirondack chairs flank the front door of this charming townhome, where guests can sit back and savor the fresh air each morning. Inside, the first-level entry features a bench for slipping off hiking or ski boots and a washer and dryer for easily refreshing gear. Down the hall, guests will find comfortable sleeping accommodations, starting with a primary bedroom with a plush king bed, private bathroom, and TV. The bunk room is ideal for children or teens with a queen-over-queen bunk, a futon bed, and TV.


Venture upstairs to the seamlessly connected living, dining, and kitchen areas adorned with a mix of rustic accents and modern furnishings. Cooking is an indulgent experience with high-end appliances in the kitchen, equipped with a wine cooler and a 4-stool breakfast bar for entertaining guests while simmering and sauteing. For group meals, a dining area with a table for 6 is adjacent. When it’s time to unwind, sink into the soft sectional and 2 armchairs surrounding the TV and stone fireplace for a cozy movie night watching favorites on the Blu-ray player.

Well I paid for Grand for 11 days. I was looking forward to the hot tub which is why I booked the place. Only to find out the hot tub was empty and wasn't going to get replaced. I'm not at all happy. And then when I brought the problem to the Post, they simply said it's not going to work and I could go pay at a club swim. Totally unacceptable. I'm very angry

The host provided amazing and thoughtful touches to the condo that made it feel like our own home. We had everything we needed, and when there was a small problem with one of the heating units, they came out right away. Even more impressive was how quickly the HOA plowed the snow so that we could get out to the mountain in the morning. We are already planning our next trip!

Fantastic

Perfect locution next to Village, underground parking, large living room area, great views with snow around, new kitchen.. This is a great place, and property manager sent all correct info so it was a breeze. Will be our go to spot for Mammoth trips.

Very beautiful home. Loved it!

Beautiful home with everything you need to have the perfect getaway. The only thing that was disappointing was getting this property for its proximity to The Village gondola and then finding out after I arrived that the gondola was closed for the season. We would’ve appreciated that information clearly stated in the listing since the season schedule never changes. Other than that I highly recommend this home it was absolutely perfect in every way.

Mammoth ski condo — steps from gondola

The condo was spacious, well-appointed, and couldn’t be more convenient for skiing. Unlike so many Mammoth condos that haven’t been updated since the 80s, this one is fresh and nicely decorated. My complaint is with the property maintenance. I called the management company to report that the spa seemed funky, but nothing seems to have been done during our 5-day stay. The chemicals must have been seriously out-of-whack, because it took all the color out of my bathing suit and turned my silver jewelry black.

Great place for a family ski trip

This condo/cabin is beautifully decorated and furnished for comfort. Love all the ski and nature-themed pictures and knick-knacks throughout the place! The main living area is spacious and cozy, and having three bathrooms really comes in handy sometimes. Everything was clean and well kept up. We had some issues because of the excess of snow in this record-breaking year, but the management handled all our requests promptly.

Great place near the village!

Stayed here for a ski trip in march/23. It's perfect for a small group of friends/ family and just a few steps away from the village! Every bed was very comfortable and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. Property management was easy to reach and super helpful!! Would definitely come back/ highly recommended. :)

Beautiful property but unwelcome inhabitant!

The condo was beautiful and so perfect for my husband, myself and our adult children except for one problem...there was a mouse in the condo. First we heard it in the kitchen cabinets, then we saw it run across the floor. We were snowed in during a huge storm and there was a mouse. The worst part is we contacted the Natural Retreats property manager a couple times and received NO response. Completely unacceptable. It is a week later and I have still not received a call back, email, apology, voucher, anything. Pretty horrible customer service.

Fantastic location and awesome place

Had a great time with the kids. Had cleaning solution. Dish washing detergent. Communication and check in and check out was smooth. Great location to walk to gondola and village. We booked it for another trip.

Great Place by the Village

This was a very comfortable cabin with plenty of space. 3 min walk to the Village. We only used the master bedroom, but if you have a family, the second room with bunks + attached bathroom would be great for kids. (It would be fine for adults too — it's not that typical Mammoth bedroom where the owners cram 6 bunks into a single room to say it sleeps n people!)

Great common area, feels current and comfortable

Furniture and decor feel current rather than dated and too cabiny like most places in mammoth. Beds were comfortable. Great common area upstairs, spacious and really liked how people could be in the Kitchen, bar, dining table, or living room couch and we all still felt together. Great location, highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay for a ski or outdoorsy vacation!

Great place to stay, beautiful and fascinating artwork and decor for anyone who loves the outdoors! The beds were comfy, and the place was very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Loved the cozy nook and other thoughtful furnishings. Wifi and TV channels were good, and the kitchen was well-stocked with various tableware, etc. Good water temperature and bathroom heaters, which made getting out of the shower surprisingly comfortable considering the cold weather. We had a little trouble getting the rooms warm enough in the evening, but no other complaints, and they did provide a lot of warm blankets.

Wonderful weekend stay

This has to be one of the most quiet, peaceful units in Mammoth. The location was great, less then a block away from the Village gondola. The condo itself was very welcoming and warm. It’s just a wonderful place to call home for a few days.

Really great rental. Lots of space, clean, comfortable, kitchen really well equipped.

Would highly recommend. In addition to the really well kept condo, it’s a very short walk to Mammoth Village and to the shuttles to the mountain.

Great location!

Nice place, very clean and cozy. Next time I will opt for a place with a balcony but we had an awesome time.
