Sandy Shores 505 Platinum Corner Condo

Get ready for an even better vacation experience! This unit just finished a renovation and is easily the best condo in the building now! With unrivaled views and an interior that no other unit can boast, this will be the gem of Sandy Shores.

This one bedroom/1bath unit offers an amazing view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The dining room and living room area opens out to the private balcony where the view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico takes your breath away. The kitchen is updated with beautiful cabinets and granite counter tops. The cabinets are filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. A coffee maker and toaster are also provided. The bedroom has two queen beds, large dresser, flat screen TV and walk- in closet. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 4 guests in the condo. As a guest of John's Pass Condo's you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes and sending and receiving faxes as well as receive and send mail from our office. Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This is a non- smoking accommodation.

Birthday Getaway

Long weekend stay at Sandy Shores. View was spectacular! Condo was amazing. The beach, pool (with toilet), and proximity to Johns Pass made this trip everything we had hoped for!

One of our favorites in the area

We stayed at another unit in this complex in july amd loved it. This was a step up. The views, location, and cleanliness was top notch. Being a top corner unit, this is where you want to be. Only downfall was the absence of some kitch utensils and beach equipment. The chairs and the foldable chairs, not very comfortable on the beach. Small things, but you wont regret staying here. Walk to Johns Pass in less than 2 mins. Amazing views, beds very comfortable. Nicely updated. We will be staying here from now on as long as its available. Thanks!

Breathtaking views

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect and the condo is nicely furnished and comfortable. That said a few things I’d like to say
 others smoking on their balconies made it impossible to enjoy ours. I wish the no smoking policy was enforced. The second thing, the condo offers very minimal kitchen supplies. While I understand many who visit beach want to eat out, we prefer to eat in to make the most of the beach and condo. We made due but I want others to know what to expect.

Disappointed

I hate to submit this, as I consider myself a positive person who understands less-than-perfect situations. But, this experience was NOT what we expected and not the level of effort that we believe in. First, upon arriving and opening the condo door, we were greeted with unmade beds, towels all over the bathroom floor, kitchenware in the sink, and unclean accommodations. The manager got us another place to stay, but to have this happen during "slow season" was irritating, especially after a 12-hour trip. Next, we got to share our condo with the single biggest, orange-yellow roach I have ever seen in my life. We were finally able to kill it. But, again, not what we expect in a reservation. Lastly, I have been communicating these concerns with the owner and management for the past 2+ weeks and heard absolutely nothing. Yes, it's the holiday season. Yes, people take time off. But, to be "ghosted" is once again, not what we expect from people who are taking our money and offering zero concessions and sub-standard results. I hate leaving a negative review. I'll definitely stay in the area again, but never at this residence. Sorry.

Awesome condo

Great location, the views are incredible , lots of dolphins to watch. Only suggestion we had a late flight out there’s no one in the office to possibly leave your bags so you don’t have to carry them around all day . But over all great spot .

Condo is awesome!

This condo is beautiful! It’s so clean, the beds are very comfortable, it’s well stocked and the view can’t be beat. We loved everything about the condo! The only negative was the communication with property management. They don’t communicate through VRBO and send emails directly to you. The problem is they don’t make that clear, and the emails come from John’s Pass condo rentals but I was searching for VRBO, the person’s name and Sandy Shores when trying to find emails from them and didn’t find anything. This created a lot of problems on check-in day when I didn’t think I’d received the instructions and code because no one would respond through VRBO. I suggested they let future renters know so hopefully they will going forward. Aside from that, the place is perfect, and I hope to stay there again!

Unit was beautiful but check in was bad

We loved the unit but it was very stressful getting checked in to the property. We did not receive the code that afternoon like we were supposed to. We were unable to reach the property manager. We called the emergency customer service number and no one answered. We finally received the code around 10:30 at night. We loved the location of the building but the gate to keep people from the beach out of the pool area was broken and one evening about 20 teenagers came in off the beach and were partying in the pool area and being very disruptive but there is no onsite property management.

Beautiful Condo in a great location.

This condo is in a great location and has nice/modern furnishings with almost everything you may need for your stay. My only complaint is that the sign in the unit said the towels couldn’t be used at the pool or beach but there were 2 beach towels. So, I sent an inquiry on Saturday, when we arrived, and didn’t get a response until after I was home Monday. Also, the door knob in the bathroom was broken so you had to exit the bathroom through the bedroom which was inconvenient when my son was asleep. It was a great unit but the fees were a little steep for our short 2 night stay. I would hope to stay longer next time.

Beautiful!

We loved the spacious living area! The large leather couch was comfortable and it had a lounge at each end. The beds were so soft and very comfortable for my back issues. Most of all the the awesome patio that looked out to the gulf! Wow!! That was the absolute best view and were we stayed when not on the beach or in the pool. It was the most relaxing condo I believe we’ve ever had!! Thank you
