104 is a NEWLY RENOVATED one bedroom/one bathroom gulf front condo located in Sandy Shores on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Madeira Beach, Florida. This condo has a large dining and living room area that opens out to the private balcony where the view of the beach and gulf is spectacular.

The spacious living room features a large flat-screen TV and complimentary high-speed internet with WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cabinets stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils—everything you need for a convenient stay. A tankless water heater ensures hot water for long, relaxing showers. The main bedroom includes two queen beds, a closet, and another flat-screen TV. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 4 guests.

Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. This is a non smoking accommodation.

There is one assigned parking spot available for this unit with guest parking available on site

Location across the street from John’s Pass was very convenient to shops and restaurants.. Condo Property is older and still recovering from hurricane. Beach and pool area and views were all back in perfect shape. Unit owners are working hard to finish all the details.

Beachy!

Great beach/pool trip. Would be perfect for families. Awesome view with pool, beach , grills, shade and sun. Easy parking with reserved spot. The building / hallway not attractive but once inside condo all is good. Bring your own beach towels!

Thank you for the Review! We are glad you enjoyed your trip. The HOA is currently working on a plan to improve the Exterior cleanliness. The building went through full exterior and floor replacement in 2018 & 2019. With new landscaping completed in 2020.This should be an issue going forward. Beautiful view, nice pool & ck in very smooth & ez.Cleanliness of condo not so great, floors sandy with dirt & lint under couches, seen due to yoga on floor. 1st bed sheets dirt & toilet tissue on & wrinkled sheets as been slept in. Toilet paper soaked with blood, lamp shade old & broken TV in bedroom not work. Oh also took long time for oven to heat up. Otherwise as I said Maderia beach always beautiful been coming to this area since was a kid parents had condo @ Maderia Norte

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay! The only things that were a little frustrating were: 1) our designated parking spot was occupied for the first 24hours and it took several calls to get them to move the vehicle! 2) directions on how to work the door locks would be helpful. But after that, it was amazing! Will definitely be returning!!

Great location

Overall our stay was very nice. Cleanliness could be improved a little. We purchased hand soap for the bathroom and dish soap for the kitchen. Hope that stays there for the next guest. Basic items like this should be included, especially in times of Covid. Other than that, location was great, pool was very nice and check in was easy.

Condo was immaculate. Beds were a little too soft. Bring extension cords. Couldn’t get tv in bedroom to connect to internet. But love the condo, love the location! Will stay here again and again!

Quick trip to the sun

Amazing location. Very nice condo. Exactly as advertised and we were very happy. I found the beds too soft and to be honest, we slept backwards on them. Kinda weird but no big deal. Pool was warm, beach was beautiful, Johns pass and trolly stop right there. This place googles very poorly and I think at least some are privately owned so it’s not fair to hold all condos to the low standards of someOwners. If you’re reading this and nervous to pull the trigger because f reviews, please let this ease your mind and you will be happy here.

Dry nice visit

I’ve been to Sandy Shores or Beach Place over 20 times for vacations. I love the area with plenty to do, all within walking distance. Had an electric issue in the unit that had us sleeping in another unit a couple days. That was the only thing that kept this from being 5 stars which would be normal from my last visits. They still handled the issue as good as possible.

Great location and ocean view

Great location surrounded by local restaurants, shopping, and bars, amazing view from the balcony. Excellent layout, kitchen spacious. They need to deep clean this place, specially the bathroom. The drainage of the bathtub was running slow. The towels were stains and there was one missing. We couldn’t find a broom and a mop. The internet was spotty and weak and poor reception in living room, difficult to stream from the bedroom. Overall great place! We could stay again.

Nice Condo

This condo is great for a small family wanting to get away. A few things were off but overall great! The bathtub didn’t drain properly, the pillows were very small and hard. Make sure to buy toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, and paper towels. This condo also had a weird, sketchy “employees only” room where there were computers etc. inside. That was not mentioned in the Listing and would have been nice to know.

Thanks for the Review. The tub has been fixed and pillows have been replaced. There is no "Sketchy" room. The owners have a closet that is locked with personal items along with the Tankless Hot Water heater. We did not receive any messages from you during your stay regarding these items. If anyone is missing supplies or has any issues make sure to contact us so we can fix them. Thank you!

The location was fantastic, however, it was not disclosed that the unit was under repairs. No electrical outlets to plug lamps and tv's into. The unit was very dark because no lights worked but a dim kitchen light. The furniture was warn and dirty, and the one lamp we were able to get working has a broken shade. patio furniture is rusted out. The bathroom light fixture was missing a shade. The tv in the "closet" turned into added sleeping space had no plug to plug it into. Only three bath towels were provided, for a unit advertised to sleep 8. The walls were in various forms of half painted.

Early was great; later was iffy

The pool and beach access was awesome. The 104 unit has great beach view and easy location to the pool. The beds were soso and could use a few more pillows. No soap or paper towels in the kitchen, but that is not a big deal. I guess the lower price of this property attracts lower-class folks. But be prepared for drunk adults at the pool later in the day. I witnessed several folks beyond their limit. it was Labor Day weekend, so perhaps my experience was a bit of an anomaly. Overall I think the property was great and had a good atmosphere for beach/pool.

Good location-not as clean as expected

Unit across the hall was much better... more up to date furnishings and was better equipped with both essential And non essential items to enjoy your stay. Floor needed swept and mopped badly upon arrival. Hair in bathroom. Hot water was tricky, one shower without it. Saw 1 roach. Would stay again if unit was thoroughly cleaned. Loved the location, layout of condo, sliding deck screen and patio set, large kitchen island, and glad there were beach chairs.

Overall was just okay

A few problems with the property. Wasn’t very clean at all. Water built up in the shower ( drain issues) Codes getting in and out were a pain! Elevator was extremely slow. Noisy at night with compressor or generator ( not sure ) kicking on and off Would go back to area but not this property

James, Thanks for the review. We are sorry you had some issues with your stay. We tried to reach out but we did not hear back from you. Also, We did not hear from you during your stay as well. If any guest has an issue during the stay we like to be made aware right away so we can rectify any issues. 1.) The HOA has ordered new locks and they will be replaced shortly. They wanted to keep the property secure but they made it to secure with the locks they currently use. 2.) We checked for noise. We believe it might be the A/C compressor and we had a service company come out and take a look and it has been running better since. 3.) Shower drain with clogged with sand from the Beach. We cleared the line and it is draining regularly. If anyone has any questions regarding the property let us know.

It was a good stay but I don't know if we will return.

We were grateful to find a decent place at the last minute. The condo is located right across from Johns Pass boardwalk, which is great. It also offers breathtaking views of the bay where we got to see dolphins and other wildlife. We were looking for a condo on the beach and that is what this place gave us, so overall we were happy with the location. There are a few things that the place needs to provide or improve. The pillows were the thinnest and smallest I have ever laid my head on, definitely need to replace/upgrade those. We are used to getting toiletries but there were none provided, so we had to pick some up. The kitchen could probably use a roll of paper towel, a hand soap dispenser, and some basic items that were missing. The worst part was the bedroom sharing a wall with the outside hallway where we could hear every footstep and voices of people walking by. Maybe because it was an older building, there is literally no insulation from outside noises. We were woken up bright and early by noises from the generator, people walking and talking.

Not worth half that price!

Just an FYI about this condo. Upon arrival there was a full turd in the toilet. Unit was not clean. The internet was spotty and weak which resulted in no television in bedroom and poor reception in living room. Pool was under 70 degrees, until the day we left. Could not use pool, too cold. Access code for stairways not working. Towel rack in bathroom is broken. This place was by far the worst place of all the condos I've rented in that area. Will not recommend this building nor will I rent there again. Very bad experience overall!

Perfect location. We had a 6 mth old and this place was perfect for him. Pool, beach, coffee shop, ice cream were all walkable and it was super nice to be able to just pop back up to the room if our little one needed a nap or we forgot something!

Perfect beach get away

The location on Madeira Island was perfect, right on a beautiful beach, across the street from John's Pass with shops and restaurant. Reasonably quiet considering it was high season and many families with children stayed there. Our only complaint were the mattresses. It was impossible to get good sleep on them-unsupportive and sloping towards the middle. One of the previous reviews also mentioned it- with the response that the mattresses were replaced. I'm doubtful this was the case- and if so, the replacements were of equally terrible quality.

Amazing view

Highly recommend. Close to everything, you can walk everywhere. Beach is steps away as well as shops and restaurants. Pool area is very well kept!!!! Everyone is super friendly. The place is very clean, comfortable. We will definitely be back, we enjoyed ourselves!
