Nestled in the quaint town of Union Pier is this beautiful condo with everything a discerning renter would come to expect in a quality rental. This four bedroom, two bath condo is close to everything in Union Pier including the beach and the downtown. Just a few steps away from the heated association pool as well. Internet, cable, washer/dryer, gas grill, screened in porch, additional deck, central air. Condo has been completely redecorated since last season as well. Walking distance to a sandy Lake Michigan beach and downtown Union Pier. Your family will enjoy the easy accessibility to everything Harbor Country has to offer.

**All Guests required to sign our Guest Occupancy Agreement as well.

**Maximum 2 car parking.

we had a great time at the condo! great location to the beach and plenty of room for us. we did have to fix the door knob/handle as it fell off a few times-but beyond that it was great!

Great getaway

The condo had plenty of room for 3 families with big roomy comfortable beds. An upstairs bathroom would have been nice instead of two on the middle floor right next to each other. The beach was only a short walk away with a bakery and several restaurants right around the corner. The only issues were the shortage of baking dishes and other cooking supplies and the outside deck was very rough and splintery for little feet.

Great place

We really liked our stay. Lots of pros like location, pool, and comfort of beds. The only cons were I thought a 5pm check in time was a bit late. The upstairs bedroom doesn’t have an air vent so you have to sleep with the door open or else it gets too hot. Also one of the bedrooms downstairs has beautiful French doors, but the morning light or condo lights pours right in and makes the room very bright.

Sweet retreat Union Pier

2nd and 3rd story condo. Large 5 bed bedroom on 3rd floor. Main floor area is on the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, good size kitchen with large table for meals adjoining. 2 separate areas to lounge. Screened in porch and large open deck with railings. Short drive (1 mile) to lake Michigan public beach access. Heated association pool was nice.

A great family vacation spot!

This condo was great for our family reunion. It was clean, had lots of extras (towels, beach gear [toys, umbrellas, chairs], pool noodles), and you can beat the location! Walking distance to pool, beach, ice cream shop, and market, plus a short drive to other beaches, the dunes, park, and mini golf. Can’t wait to come back!!

Family Getaway

Loved our condo! It was everything we needed! Close to so many cute little towns that we were able to ride our bikes to and explore. Definitely going back to this area and definitely booking through Bluefish Vacation Rentals again!!!

Union Pier Sweet Retreat # 2

This unit is wonderful for a large extended family, as we had 9 in our group including parents, children, and grandchildren. The heated on-site pool was the hit of the week and the close beaches were an added bonus. The covered screened porch provides respite from the heat off the day and a great conversation area later in the day after the grandchildren are asleep. The unit is well stocked with dishes and utensils and the in-unit washer and dryer were very convenient. Plenty of refrigerator units for stocking food and local brews and wines. The Bluefish Rental staff was very responsive to our needs prior to and during our stay. The only negative was the outside porch deck needs some work as there are exposed screws and the deck is rough. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would like to return in the future.

Union Pier - Pier 9

We had a great vacation in Union Pier/New Buffalo! We have returned to this area for several years now. This is the second time we’ve booked through the Bluefish Vacation Rental agency and really appreciate how easy they make everything! The rental was a perfect size for our family and the pool was wonderful! Other than being a little difficult to find after we got to Goodwin Avenue and the grill not working well, everything else was great! We love the relaxing atmosphere of the New Buffalo beach and town area!
