This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two level, property with a 1 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 5. It has a maximum occupancy of 7, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14481.

From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down two steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmats for your stay.

⟾ GROUND LEVEL offers:
⬧ Bedroom 1 = Queen, en-suite bathroom 1, 48” TV and an exterior deck
⬧ Bedroom 3 = Bunkbed (Double + Twin)

Amazing stay!

Couldn't have asked for a better place for our stay here. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning on coming here. Everything was as expected.

Furniture a little dated, and could have had more dishware. But overall clean and nice. Main complaint is the awful hot tubs in the Snowcreek complex. Never maintained and operational.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this condo. We had six adults and there was plenty of room. The condo was clean, well-stocked and well maintained. When had a couple questions the management team responded very quickly and resolved our issues. The location was central to all our activities, Silver Lake, June Lake, Crystal Lake, Convict Lake, and The Village. We are already talking about coming back next year and would book this unit again. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo with a great view, it feel very spacious for the two of us. The unit is actually nicer than what the pictures show. The audio system is one of the best I found in a short time rental unit in the mountains. The owner had Netflix set-up such that we can use their account, this was great for the day the ski resort was closed and we were snowed-in.The utility room is great for drying ski gears (gloves, googles, boots, jacket etc), it would benefit from a few more hooks and a drying line.The only think I missed was a real wood burning fire place, the gas powered fire place does not make the same crackling sound as a real wood burning one.During a heavy snow week, the garage is a really nice amenity. The snow removal service in Snowcreek is excellent, workers constantly clear roads, driveways and even hand shovel snow from the front door.

Ask about snow removal or clearing before going in winter

The property itself is nice and comfortable, however, snow clearing in the complex is a mess. We were snowed in on the 2nd day, and could not leave through the front door or the garage; it had been snowing all night. They cleared the entry to the front door only once during our stay, the day we arrived, but not on subsequent days, making leaving the house a challenge. The snow clearing creates a hill of snow in front of the doorway. We called the rental agency, Snowcreek, to clear the driveway so we could go to town and the lifts, but were told they don't handle snow clearing, the association does. They could not give us a good number to call (this should be part of the instructions with all the other service numbers they provide). The lax attitude of Snowcreek rental agency added to our frustration. After calling several numbers and getting nowhere, we found the property manager's number online and he was able to send someone out. Was it too much to expect for snow to be cleared before 11AM? The doorway was covered with 3-6 feet of snow during our stay, making the garage the only way to exit the premises. So, ask about snow removal before you book in the winter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented the unit to stay 3 nights for the Mammoth Gran Fondo. The unit was ready several hours early. The unit was clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen and common areas in good working order. The only issue was that the upper level was too hot, even at night. Fortunately, we were able to stay in the lower level. All in all, a good experience.

President’s Day Holiday Weekend stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for the holiday weekend and the townhome was in excellent shape. Property description is accurate and very easy to find. Lots of space and was perfect for our family of 4. Had everything we needed to enjoy a home away from home. Good entertainment options for the kids (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Cable, etc), board games, and even had sleds for snow play! The beds were comfortable and our kids enjoyed the bunk bed in their own separate bedroom. Never ran out of hot water and had good water pressure throughout. The one thing that they messed up on was they only gave us 2 bath towels. Called customer service and they told me that they couldn’t deliver them, since the service crew was gone for the day. She said that they would deliver the next day, but never did. We were too busy with our activities, so never got to follow up on the request. We had a bunch of hand towels that we used and our kids were small anyways. I would just bring extra towels, just in case, or call them the day before to make sure there is enough bath towels before arrival.Otherwise, Snowcreek is a great place to stay. I think it is worth the price and you get more for what you want than staying mountainside. It’s a short drive to the mountain, but if you want a place that is peaceful and quiet, has all the amenities of a real home, then this place is perfect.

Great Place to Stay in Mammoth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit twice so far and would definitely book it again. The location is wonderful and the resort is a beautiful one! There were just two things that need improvement. The first is we were only given 6 bath towels for 6 adults for a 5 night stay. Some adults require more than one small bath towel, thereby causing a towel shortage immediately. The resort did drop off extra towels, but I was told they normally don’t do that since there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The problem was that there were not enough towels to begin with. The second issue was that there was no shampoo or conditioner in any of the 3 bathrooms. Friends of ours who own a condo in this same resort and rent it, always provide shampoo, conditioner and other amenities to keep their guests feel at home. These are 2 minor complaints, but they would not stop me from staying here again.

This snowcreek location looks far from things compared to others but it’s only a few more minutes drive and the complex is great and quiet. The house itself was awesome and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was stocked with everything we needed as well. Would def stay again.

To say we've stayed in a lot of different condos, is an understatement! This by far has been the best! We had six people; 2 couples and 2 friends. It fit us all VERY comfortably and conveniently! Having 3 bathrooms was also a HUGE plus! The view was OUTSTANDING and also having use of a garage was a SUPER PLUS! It seems we have had numerous check-in issues in the past with different property rental places in Mammoth, but working with Snowcreek Resort directly was seamless! A complete pleasure! We would make this our forever go-to vacation rental but it doesn't allow pets...I'm really hoping that our family will be able to find a pet-friendly Snowcreek rental for our next summer trip! Thank you Snowcreek for a FANTASTIC stay!
