This gorgeous water front condo has been completely remodeled with beautiful flooring throughout. Fully equipped new kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Brand new furniture throughout the condo. Both bathrooms are updated as well with granite counter tops and double sinks in master bath. Washer and dryer in the condo. One of the best features is the good size water front balcony with breath-taking views of the Intracoastal waterway. Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. A good time as usual! This is our 4th year here and the unit was great. We love the canal view so we can enjoy seeing the dolphins and manatees. Highly recommended Lands End.

Only negatives, the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced water comes out from all different sides.Hot water runs out very quickly! Two people can’t take a shower back to back. And a heads up on the music every night nice but sometime LOUD and over the top!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Updated furnishings and kitchen. Nice beach and pool. Lacked beach towels and kitchen cleaning supplies. Was not private. There is a night club across the water that had a live band nightly (twice on sat and sun). The boardwalk had continuous traffic outside the balcony and boaters routinely docked on the small beach below the balcony. The complex itself was fine, should have rented on the other side since we were looking for something more quiet and peaceful.

The facilities are well maintained and having the boardwalk right there is fun. We enjoyed the music from toasted monkey across the way but it may occasionally run late and be louder than you might like. I wish they had a workout center in the clubhouse.

Excellent Stay at an Excellent Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furnishings were beautiful and the location was perfect. It was all new, clean, and updated. They had a key combination so that you didn't need to carry around a key which was so convenient. Location was good because you didn't have to use the elevator every time..the stairs were right there and near the parking spot. I loved the master bedroom and how we could listen to the water sounds at night. The only thing at all I would say was a negative was that there was some sand in the sheets when I pulled back one of the twin bed comforter which made me question if the sheets had been washed. The bedroom door to the balcony did not lock all of the time as well which was frustrating. Otherwise the property looked spotless and we were very satisfied. Some mentioned the boardwalk left you feeling like it wasn't private. We however loved people watching and did not find that to be a problem at all. The noise was loud at night across the bay at The Toasted monkey restaurant but if you closed your balcony you couldn't hear it, and to be honest my husband and kids and I enjoyed listening to the live music. When the kids went to sleep we went out there and had some drinks on the balcony. All in all, it was a perfect stay and we really enjoyed the condo and would come again!
