The cabin was great for the 3 of us. Spacious rooms and porches. The beds, pillows, and couch were very comfortable. In a great location that is not a long drive to hikes and shopping in town! We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was wonderful, very clean, the bed was so comfortable. It is very quiet at night, they have a lot of games from kids to adults to choose from. It has a hot tub which look very nice and clean, but we did not use it because I just had a total knee done. I would definitely stay there again.

New Year Getaway

The cabin and location were perfect for our family! The cabin was clean, quaint and cozy. We enjoyed walking the mountain in the evening and hanging out in the hot tub. The property manager was very helpful during our stay. We lost power, and she quickly got in touch with the power company. We would definitely stay here again!

Our vaca at “The Secret”

We had an amazing time at this vrbo. It is one of, if not the most, beautiful really cool place that we have stayed. We didn’t even want to leave the house we loved it so much. We spent all of our time at the house on the deck which is basically an outdoor living room. Huge kitchen. Bedrooms were big and very comfortable. We were on a sisters trip and had the best time. We went horseback riding which we highly recommend. Tubing. Hiking. Blue ridge town is cute with lots of shops and great restaurants! Blue ridge is absolutely beautiful and we hope to be back someday! Also if you like working out on vacation their workout room has a beautiful view! Definitely give this vrbo 5 stars!

Hate to do this the cabin was beautiful but…

Beautiful cabin, clean, well stocked. No fireplace inside, hot tub didn’t heat up, ice maker didn’t work and outdoor fireplace ran out of gas and there were no directions on how to install a new tank.

Nice & Quiet

This is a very nice cabin high up a mountain in a quiet neighborhood. The access road is a rock, long & narrow but not terrible to navigate. The cabin is very clean & well-kept with anything you would need for cooking etc. The outside deck in the hot tub area could use a little cleaning of some algae but again not the end of the world. Some of the photos are not accurate in regard to furniture placement & no swing on the back porch. We visited in the summer so there is not much of view due to the leaves.

Nice Cabin

Overall the stay was nice. Had a couple issues that we resolved. Hot tub had way too many chemicals in it - I was coughing just standing next to it. We just left it open and it resolved itself. The interior was clean but the decks outside were full of cobwebs - no big deal though. Beds were very comfortable and cabin was stocked. Drive up the mountain wasn’t too but some areas have gravel road.

Wanted to Love this Cabin - Left Early

We planned a last minute Fall Break stay for 2 nights in Blue Ridge for our family. We picked Outdoor Lover's Haven because the master has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom had twin beds plus a Queen/Double. Having flex sleeping spaces was important to our family. Plus the cabin looked cute and welcoming online.When we walked in, the cabin looked cute but smelled faintly of cigarette smoke despite it being designated non-smoking. We found the living room furniture to be small and not very comfortable. It is also different than what's pictured online too which in itself wasn't a deal breaker but it just seemed less comfortable than what we'd been sold in pictures. The screened porch furniture was the worst. It was extremely small, low to the ground, and the cushions were stained/filthy. This was extremely disappointing because the screened porch is where we wanted to hang out most and it simply wasn't comfortable. We kept trying to make the best of the situation and were going to flex to the outside porch chairs around the fire pit. We weren't able to get the fire pit to work (so no s'mores, whomp whomp) so plan C didn't work either.The beds were adequate. Heads up that the brass bed in the master is squeaky and the toilet in the master bath is in the tiniest little cubby. My 6'3" husband opted to use the hall bathroom because the master toilet area was so narrow and uncomfortable for him. The kids bedroom was good and was well stocked with extra blankets. This was probably the best part of the house. The kitchen was good and decently stocked. The cabin had a great selection of games and the wifi/tv apps worked fine.Again, we really wanted to make this cabin worked and generally loved how it looked visually. The smell of the cabin was THE dealbreaker because it ended up giving us headaches. We left a day early and unfortunately never felt relaxed at this cabin.

The cleaning crew aired out the cabin before your arrival, but we’re sorry to hear the scent lingered and disrupted your stay. -The homeowner has purchased a larger sofa to provide more comfortable seating in the living room and has also updated the furniture on the screened porch based on guest feedback. -They’ll look into tightening the screws on the brass bed to minimize any squeaking. All we needed :)

Our stay was wonderful! There was a total of 4 of us, and while we all caught a bad cold while on vacation, the comfortable beds and cabin made resting that much easier. The sheets were soft and there was an ample amount of space in both bedrooms. The cabin is small on square footage but it never once felt small to be in. The road in is a bit rough and we would recommend first getting to this cabin in the daytime, as there are no lights on any roads in the area and some of the turns are a bit tight - but towards the end of our stay, my husband had the roads memorized and the pitch black driving didn’t bother him at all. We saw deer almost every morning when leaving the cabin - no bears - and even though the neighbor’s homes are close, we never saw anyone! This was a great cabin to call home for a week, situated right between downtown Blue Ridge and downtown Ellijay.

Great cabin!

The cabin was so clean! The rentals we have stayed in in the past have always had things you need in the kitchen, but this cabin had everything we needed. It seems the owners had thought of everything. Hoping to revisit this cabin towards the end of the year!

Girls Get Away!

Me and a few friends had a lovely stay here! It was just what we needed. We loved the style of the cabin, super cute. There can definitely only be 2 cars in the driveway, so we are thankful we knew that ahead of time thanks to the listing. We really enjoyed the hot tub, it was perfect! We also loved some of the small modern touches, like the keyless entry, the Nest thermostat, and all the Smart TVs with Roku! Thanks for having us!

Blue Ridge get-away

Very clean and well equipped cabin only a few minutes away from downtown Blue Ridge. We saw plenty of wildlife including a mama bear and her cubs who dropped by to inspect the trash cans one night….🙂 Be aware that part of the road to the cabin is gravel which could be an issue for some folks depending on vehicle type and preference. Would certainly stay here again!

Cozy, comfy, well stocked cabin

The good: This cabin is just as pictured or better! Clean, cozy, comfy, SO well stocked! The following things were provided, enough for the whole week, which I have not found to be provided in other rentals: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee filters. Good amount of dishes, pots, and pans for the couple meals we cooked, plus toaster, crockpot, blender, coffee pot, and wine opener. There were even spices, cooking spray, vegetable oil....other things I'm sure I'm forgetting. The beds and sheets were comfy. The towels were soft. The hot tub was a treat. Plenty of place to gather as a family, but also room to spread out, too. Oh, games, puzzles, flashlights . . . . truly the cabin was wonderful and then some! The not-so-good: If you are not used to driving in the mountains and/or adventurous, the last 5 minutes (~2 miles) to the cabin is not for the weak! Oh, it can easily be done! But, it's twisty, steep, gravel in places, one lane in places, no edges in places, etc. Having stayed in a mountain cabin in TN years ago, I specifically wanted a place that did NOT have that kind of drive to it! I e-mailed Evolve 4 different times over 3 months to try to access information about the drive to the cabin. Nobody responded until the day AFTER my final payment was charged. And, while she was very nice, she said: "The roads are not bad at all. there is one part that is somewhat steep, however a car can get up it easily." Again, could be perspective of someone who drives it regularly vs. someone who lives in a flat state. Yes, our small SUV did get up it easily without a problem. But....if this kind of thing scares you, I would like people to know! And.....the view isn't even worth the drive, sadly. It's a view of woods that I would describe as a valley, not a beautiful mountain view. Very disappointed in Evolve's communication. Nobody responded to me directly from Evolve until I complained to my "point person" (who I believe is the cleaning company!) about the lack of communication on day 2 of our vacation. And, even then, Evolve's communication was disappointing at all times. If you are looking for a comfortable, private place in the woods, this IS a great place to stay! The owners most definitely take pride in their beautiful cabin!

Cozy Mountain Getaway

Just what we were looking for to get away over the Holidays. Cabin was exactly as advertised and even though we were rained out for most of our stay, we still enjoyed the area and staying indoors wasn't the worst.

Perfect Cabin

We had a great time at this property. The cabin had everything that you needed for a stay there. The cabin is on road with other cabins but we didn't hear any other people. We only saw people when they drove by. The cabin is in a cul-de-sac. Each bed has its own TV. Cabin was very clean and very cute. Internet service was great. The cabin was the perfect size for four ladies on a girls trip. The property management was responsive and available when needed.
