The check in with texting was easy and helpful. The property was very comfortable and nice to go back to after skiing. We enjoyed this property very much, very clean and neat and easy to get to the ski area. We will be back!!

Switched properties on us 10 minutes before check in

We had a vrbo rented within a one minute walk of the Tremblant village 10 minutes before check in, I got a call from a property representative stating the place we rented had a water leak and was unlivable at the moment They offered to “up grade” us to a nicer, more luxurious condo The condo was nicer, and larger, but it was 20km away from the village This was a major inconvenience to us We now had to drive 20km each way to the village It defeated the purpose of us renting the space because we wanted to be within walking distance to the village The gentleman I spoke with was professional though I’m highly suspicious that it was a water leak, and they were just using that as an excuse At the condo where they placed us in instead, a gentleman knocked on the door stating he was an inspector, and was confused as to why we were there It seems this property management has some communication issues within the company The inconvenience caused put a damper on our vacation

Great place to stay

We were here to ski in the winter. Good location the the ticket kiosk and mountain. There are som me shortcuts to get over to the base of the hill faster than walking to the bottom. Comfortable and clean place to stay.

great place

We stayed for three nights and our stay was wonderful. The place is clean and cozy, and right beside the village. It's about a 3-5 min walk over to the gondola where we started our skiing everyday. The host was very responsive and helpful during our visit. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.
